Today I had to submit a phone repair ticket for my elderly parents. The phone has so much static on the line you can't call out and or hear anything, The estimated repair date is 3 weeks out. 3 weeks!!! that is totally unacceptable. You can bet if they dont get their payment they will shut the service off.' Of course there are no other options in our area. I will be contacting upper management! WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

They ran fiber in my area. Once they started laying it, our already suspect service got even worse. I suspect it’s to implore people to switch to the new fiber product (at a higher cost) once it’s available. Which leads me to my complaint: Fiber service isn’t going to be available in my area for over a year. Yet today, we found out they raised our bill $15 for the same crappy service we’ve had the last 3 years. Frontier sucks in my area, had service connected at home, suppose to receive up to 24 meg, lucky to get 6, sometimes only get .54, had to rent 2 modems, was told 2 years ago they were upgrading our area, they run new fiber but has been cooked up in poles for over 2 years, can't get a hold of frontier on phone, company that takes service calls for them are rude as hell, keeps hanging up on us, trees have been on the telephone lines her for over 3 years they won't cut them off, getting ready to get bbb and public service commi... read more

Horrible customer service!!! Personally, my husband and I dropped all Frontier services a few months ago, but my mom has a landline and internet services with Frontier in Summersville, WV. Her landline is constantly out of service or the connection is so bad, you cannot hear each other...very comforting when your mom is 85 and lives alone and does not use a cell phone very well. Current issue, her internet went out over the weekend. She called Monday morning and was told there was a known outage....storms over the weekend...... read more

The worst internet service. Slow, ,always out never reliable 2 days to weeks to get back service but always expect payment. Why pay for a month when you only get 3 days service. AVOID them at al cost.

My husband has a medical issue and needs his internet for his medical equipment and we have been without internet for a week! They keep giving us the runaround! I’ve called every day for a week begging for them to fix the internet. First they tell me they will send someone today then they say oh no next week. Being a medical condition he is a priority!

Do not trust anything that they say! When I called to inquire about new service I was told that my price would be $32.99 a month, guaranteed for life so I would never have to worry about increases. One year later they increased my bill to $44.99 a month and when I called they basically told me sorry not sorry. They said they don’t know why I was told that my price was guaranteed and there was nothing they could do to get my bill down. Period. Cancel if you want. Even though a ticket has been created it has been almost two months. Our fiber optic line is laying on the side of the road. Frontier keeps saying they will send out the subcontractor, they won’t give you a name of the subcontractor or a date. A random number calls and keeps saying they will show up. They showed up refused to open our driveway gate that was unlocked. Then said they would be back the next day or Saturday. Never showed up even though we were home both days. Then called two more times with a date and never show... read more

I’ll start by saying if you have a ACP discount don’t use this service. For the past year our internet has been going out and they blame it on an outage. When I have a friend that lives a block away and she’d have internet when we don’t. And there was multiple times where they said they would send a technician out to come fix the problem and they never showed. Always had to reschedule. This past Thursday our internet went down.
