The absolute worst! Do not even think about using this place.
Returned all equipment as advised but just received a collection notice from the credit reporting service. I believe that attempts should be made before anything should be reported to the credit bureau for $59. All my years of maintaining a healthy credit score just went down the drain because of this. Totally unacceptable because there was no notification before this action was taken.
I had frontier communication for three years with no problems. The problem started when I moved and wanted to cancel the service. I was not able to cancel through their website and was forced to talk to a customer service representative. Internet out for over a month. 4 repair appointments cancelled by frontier. No time frame provided for restoring service. No choice but to quit and go with another company Seems like they did not want to service my area.
Our situation is very similar to others described here. Frontier is our only option for a landline and internet (DSL). Both failed 10 days ago. Have now been stood up on three supposed technician appointments. No update during the day; just an email in the evening saying we’ve been rescheduled…after waiting around the house all day. At this point we have no confidence in when our service might be restored. “Customer service” is an oxymoron for Frontier.
I had them come to install. Speeds were awful so I said no thanks. Never had service 1 day and was charged 150 dollars. Been 3 months now and they still haven't refunded me. Everytime I call (which is almost impossible to connect to someone) they say 3-5 business days. Going on 65 business days now and they still say the same thing. Scam
We recently changed out telephone companies was going to go with frontier since it's their lines running through this area, well when we called to set it up they told us they do not service our area but for a $300 charge they can have hooked to my house. Remember what i said earlier it's their lines and they want to charge $300 just to push a button.Nah i'm good went with someone else.
Internet service went out at 9:15am today, it is now 11:03pm and it has not been restored. The outgoing messages tell you to not ask customer service about the outage as they have no additional information. It also says the outage will be restored by 5:52pm…over 5 hours ago. Those of us who work from home lost out on work today with no information as to why or what is being done to rectify this. JUST DON'T. Someone came to my door to sell the internet services to my husband. Offered a trial period and a lower price from our current provider. Equipment was installed on July 27, and now they are billing us for the same price of the other provider, not less, unless we drop the speed, there were no trial period and when I called to cancel, today (supposedly the trial period would end in August 17, 2023), they want to charge me $79.99 for a month of usage, $50 early termination fee.
