Very poor customer service, terrible internet, if and when it works, techs have no clue when it comes to problem solving. We have been waiting 5 days for a tech to show up to fix our internet, customer service keeps promising a tech everyday but they are a no show

I would give zero stars if possible. As the only company in a rural area they use that as a way to string along their paying customers and new customers alike. They will set up services appointments then wait until after the 4 hour window has passed to call and reschedule. You have no other options so they know you won't leave. When you call customer service you get no help with questions. Overall this company as a whole is awful. The moment there is another option in our area EVERYONE will move to whomever they are.

Worst service and customer service I have experienced. I was hung up on 6 times today without any returned calls or resolutions. This includes supervisor I have spoken to.

When you have to cancel frontier service and you need to return your router, keep a photo of your receipt and keep your receipt for as long as you can keep it because even if you return it in a timely manner, frontier will charge you a lot of money for a router that they have received back it’s their fault if they’re too disorganized to understand that they have received equipment back when there are receipts with USPS that it is been sent to them

From the moment I started our internet service with Frontier from March, all the agents I spoke to have been lying one after another. I am so shocked how they can get away with that. For example, when I signed up the service, I was told that I would get a $200 **** card after one month of full payment, now it has been over 4 months, nothing showed up. This is by far the worse company I've had to deal with. They never provided the service they said they did. I never got the internet speed that I was paying for. It was always incredibly difficult to reach customer service, they never help me with my issues. I would be on the phone or chatting for 40 min to an hour to not resolve. I only kept the service because it was the only provider at my address. I was finally able to get a different provider and they had the audacity to charge me $50 to RETURN the modem.

I ordered internet service in February, they sent someone out in March. The person they sent told me there was not line to hook up to so it could not be installed. They then scheduled me multiple appointments that I was available for but they never came or if they did they still did not complete the install. The time frame for install that you have to wait around for keeps changing. They send a text with a new time. Multiple calls and never an answer from anyone. The app, they tell you to use is useless. My brother lived in a different state from myself. My brother oassed away at the beginning if June. I've tried a couple other times to reach a person and notify them so the service could be turned off. Finally on August 1,2023 I reachedvthe nastiest lady, with a stank attitude regarding the situation. I didn't like talking to her. In addition, they still want bill to benpaid!! She needs to work un back-office away from phones.

My elderly mother has Frontier internet and we tried to port her existing landline to them. In what seems like a simple process, Frontier has completely botched the entire thing! She has been without internet and phone since June 12 (over 7 weeks). The minute I tell them I am switching to ********, they suddenly make the port happen and now they own my mothers number after I have deactivated the account.
