Worst company. My neighbor ordered service and the ran the line through my yard instead where I was going to have trees planted. Called to have the line removed twice with no return phone call. Finally someone called from customer support to see if I received a response. When I told her no she thanked me and just said she was calling to see if I got a response. So here I wait with trees to plant and a line in the way.
Awful. The staff treated me horrible. I have been without constant internet since December. I was told in Dec. I would be compensated and wasn't. My line was cut and is currently hanging from my neighbors trees. I have not been able to work or do online school for months. I was told I would be compensated for the months and have not. Today I was told I would get compensation for 2 months however I deserve more. I am beyond frustrated. Now they are not compensating me at all. If I could give the no stars I would. I have been waiting 3 months for a substantial refund that they never sent to their 3rd party credit card and now they want me to wait another 2-3 months...they call this an escalated account BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company was awful to work with we had called two months ago to get WIFI in our home they finally came out 2 months later to put a phone line down to put wifi in our home with that being said never called or anything after they left this took place on April 20th they cut our breaker to our well water! They have no customer service. No one to speak with. I was trying to get the cable buried. They told me it was which of course it was not. While chatting about it they said basically, we'll put in a ticket and you can monitor online and good bye. No ticket. I asked for a phone number to speak with someone. They don't have voice capability at this time??? They buried my neighbors cable in my yard, no easement! Horrible customer service, rude, lazy technicians. I'm too far off the road for ******** so Frontier has been my only option. I've been without internet since 4/18 and the jerk technician said it would be 2 months before repairs to a cut line could be made. I called tech support and was told "oh no, it'll just be a few days", that they needed to get a different kind of technician out here. No specifics, just a pat on the head and oh well tough luck.
The internet service is great. But the customer service is highly incompetent and the service techs straight up lie. Right and wrong are foreign concepts to them. Tried to tell me they could not pro-rate a bill and were going to double charge me for a month. I wish there was a ZERO star review. It’s always something with frontier. Not only was there a mess up in their system that showed a service address from 5 years prior even though I had service at my current address and was paying the bill here for 2+ years, but they had to create a new account since the current address wasn’t in their system. 10+ hours of back and forth on the phone. Frontier Internet has crooks working in their customer service department. I signed up with Frontier Internet and explicitly stated that I wanted a month-to-month agreement, because I was new to the FL area. I canceled after 2 1/2 months, because I want cable and did not want Dish. The customer service rep. told me that I would incur a $165.00 early termination fee.
