Dreadful service. If it’s on, it’s good, but if there’s an outage, good luck. Service appointments being booked over two weeks out. Endless calls, chats, and no service.

The orgainzation teaches their customer service rep to lies to their customers who request services. The repair personnel are very lazy since their don't honor their service request frm their customer. The internet goes out mutiple times a day everyday of the week. The phone is terrible since you get too many scam and unsolisolatic phone call daily. The company is overall terrible

For a while my service was fine. Then suddenly I was without service for three days. I'm a college student online and need my internet in order to do my work and perform in class. I didn't hesitate and dropped them like a bad habit and got immediate service with ********. Went to the Wesley Chapel store and picked up my equipment and was able to get back in class and avoided getting zero grades for the week. My bill this month is $18 higher than it was last April. It slowly inches up and up. The internet service is very poor to non existent extremely often. They have fiber optic lines in some areas but not here. It is a standing joke that you don’t have any internet service in our area.

My internet has gone out increasingly often, so that it is out almost daily now. There is never notice of scheduled outages and no estimated repair time. I am a full time student that works part time remotely in a rural area with no nearby access to WiFi. Furthermore, our cell phone service is contingent on a booster that is powered by Frontier internet, so we do not have access to phones when the internet is down. This is the only internet option in our area, and Frontier is unethically taking advantage of this monopoly.

During a cancellation, on chat, the person said I was not online. I saw the three does showing she was going to communicate and then stopped. I am having difficulty cancelling my service.

Frontier is absolutely horrible!! They stole my money - I quit their service (internet), sent back their equipment through *** like they said, and they illegally took over $100 from me and I want it back!

We moved into our home and do not have phone service. There is a line that is hanging very low where my kids are able to hit which brings up a safety concern. Since it’s impossible to speak with someone on the phone, I’ve had to utilize their chat option on their website. I’ve had the line checked out by the town and was informed that it is a phone line and the they need to take care of the phone line since it is their property. Frontier phone service is the worst company in the world. Do not use this service. Not only is the service bad and often doesn't work, but when you cancel they will keep sending you bills. They have sent me bills for the past 3 months this is after they disconnected my service. I've called and called and the bills keep coming. They are literally trying to charge me for service I'm not getting. If I ever get rid of these people it will be the best day imaginable. Do not consider ever dealing with Frontier in any way!
