Horrible service connection, At least once a week it would go out and I'd have to call and wait an hour for someone to reset the system. Over the past two weeks I've been trying to cancel my service and then I get a bill. They say they have no record of the cancellation request. It's a total scam. Why is this company even still in business. Look at their complaints here on BBB.

I tried for 2 hours both by chat and phone to cancel my internet account today. I spoke to 3 people via chat (John, Carlos, Nikki), never anyone answered the phone. I was transferred twice to a dept to cancel, placed in a queue, the first time, 52 people were ahead of me. After waiting 1 1/2 hrs, was able to reach an agent (Carlos) who never helped after finding I wanted to cancel my account and disconnected after 'no response' although I kept texting I needed help with cancelling account. I have owned my house for almost 11 months and Frontier has and extremely unsafe utility pole that is leaning in my yard that was marked for replacement prior to my wife and I moving in. The tech who inspected it for me said "it's marked for replacement and when I called the engineer she said that she knows about it and it's been on the list". At what point does a pole that has multiple electrical and cables lines that is leaning into the yard where children play become a priority to be replaced? Terrible customer service. A... read more

It took 2.5 months to get internet installed, because of repeated cancellations by frontier. The original request was put in on November 28, 2022 and internet was finally installed February 9, 2023. Less than one week after that, February 15, landline phone and internet both are not working!! After 25+ phone calls to customer service, and not getting any adequate information, I’m still dealing with misinformation constantly. First they say a tech will be there between 8-noon then no one shows up. Then they say between 1-5pm ... read more

My phone service is with Frontier. My phone has been out since 12-31-22. This phone is the only life line for my 92 yr old mother who lives alone. I have been contacting Frontier for 7 weeks. I had an appointment on 1-21-23. They never showed up. After 15 conversations with the call center, I finally get an appointment for today, 8-12:00. As of 4:11 no repair service has shown up. The call center people seem to be reading from a pre recorded ok better. Frontier SUCKS! I would give them a 0 star rating.

This is the worst company I have ever encountered in my life. Representatives in collections are extremely rude and after I paid my bill my services wasn't restored after a payment was demanded. Ask to speak with a manager and was kept on hold then hung up on. Do not do business with these people

Frontier left me without phone service for 11 days. I could not use my Lifeline service without phone service. They did not care. They would not give me a quicker appointment for service. I had to switch my phone carrier service. Frontier is very had to contact by phone and I do not have Internet, have trouble using my cell phone. I would not recommend this phone company.

The Internet DOES NOT WORK it goes out Off and On Every Day, hour and minutes. Your Land phone has an Echo when talking on it, as if someone is listening to my conversation. Service Techs has been called 3 Times in a 2 to Three month period.

Internet service is very unreliable at best. Dropped call's lost game's movie buffering constantly Complain monthly and they say they're working on the problem but every day it's the same $60 bill every month for service that's worth $25 at best Zero star rating is being generous Frontier should go out of business and stop stealing people's money Two cans and a string works better
