Our internet was out since Dec. 22nd called in and reported it and they said someone will get in touch and we didn't hear from them for 2 days then we called and then the automated line said the serve tech would b here by the 17th that's unexceptionable we had nothing but problems with them The lousiest company I ever dealt with.

Every weekend we loose internet. After 6 pm each day internet is so slow you can not upload anything. They come out and do speed test at 11 in the afternoon when know one is home and say your speed test shows your internet is great. Every time you call customer service about the issue they ask for a 5 digit code which we do not have because we do not use their website. Lied and told me they was getting the line ran to my house for cable internet and then 1 month later tells me I can't have it attempted to get internet for 3 years been told multiple time that it was available to me and an engineer signed off on it

Extremely unsatisfied customer! My internet line was cut by a contractor working for the city I live in. Tech came and repaired, but left the line on top of the ground. Internet stopped working again & placed another service call on 12/13/22. Keep getting promises to escalate my ticket. Tech never showed up on 1/4/23. More promises of escalating my ticket. One customer service rep even hung up on me as I expressed my frustration. Spoke to supervisors and still promised escalation and return phone calls. Nope! Now have to wai... read more

To start, I am 72 and the installation took a week to finally get everything working. We were out internet for several day. We have a smart home, so this was a large impact. Our printer uses bluetooth/wifi so this was a huge deal. Customer service reps were either mostly terrible or you get a unicorn who know what to do. We were promised a ********* coupon 2 months ago. Worst company to do business with ever! Do not use if you have other options in your area, unfortunately my uncle does not and this is what we have to deal with. Called and opened a ticket back on 12/12/22 for no internet service (the only service he has). First available appointment was on 12/31/22 between 8am-12pm, called multiple time throughout the day, first to confirm the appointment as we received no communication. Frontier Coomunications is the worst company ever. I can believe they are still in business and the BBB or the FCC haven done anything. I have lost internet too many times to count. They always scheduled someone at least 2-3 weeks out. Never show up. And never send a reason why. When I’m allied the last time they said there was not an issue in the neighborhood and it was my problem. Terrible service. I've called in for my elderly mother, been put off 3 different times because of some delay on Frontiers end. She hasn't had phone service for 2 weeks and still counting. Each time they delay you they put you at the end of the next available time. You call in and get someone on the phone that can barely speak English. I've wasted 18 hours of my time sp far waiting for them to show up even after receiving a text message that they are coming that day.

My internet service is horrible, I called they told me I had crossed wires outside my home, was told that could be really bad. They had an appointment in 3 weeks, had to take the day off from work. They never showed! I called about. 4 x, each time got someone else, they told me the technician was coming, never showed, something needs to be done, they should be held accountable.
