They DO NOT deserve even 1 star! This company is a waste of anyone's time. Customer service is of no help because there is no communication within the company. The representative i spoke to couldn't give me any info as to why they are a no-show. This is our only choice for phone and internet as we are in a rural location. Our phone is not able to receive incoming calls. I called to report this problem. Date:10-26-2022. The problem has been occurring for 3 days. Every single phone number associated with this company gives me a busy signal for the past 2 hours., making it impossible for me to report the phone service problem.??? What kind of communication business does this???
Frontier has the worst customer service in existence. No system updates. My installation tech cancelled my order because their end showed active service at my address. This supposedly deleted all of my info from that order and I had to place a new order. I waited 7 weeks for "installation". All I needed was a new modem. I had service to my home. Horrible dishonest company and horrible service (customer and internet) I wish there was a no star option because they deserve less than that. It's horrible they have us rural customers backed into a corner, and they're taking advantage of it. Despicable company!
For a communications company, in the words of my students, "it sucks". I called to cancel in April and in September I am still getting notices of non payment. I had the credit card stop and the bank as well. What does a person do when you have moved; not using their services and still trying to get money? The BBB should have a minus 5 stars. This company doesn't deserve any stars.
If I could I give them no stars. Horrible customer service! Our service had been out for almost 2 weeks thanks to one of their online tech reps. They had the audacity to pawn me off many different customers service reps over the phone with their fake apologies and promises to fix my service so I wouldn’t have to travel elsewhere to work. I would give negative stars if we I could. The phone had constant static. We are paying high speed internet prices for WAY less speed then they are billing us, saying they are providing. They have personal information on our account, like birthdays, incorrect and makenit difficult for us to correct it because they keyed info wrong. The customer service is terrible when you call and their website will not allow us to view our bill but it sure takes a payment. Worst business I have ever had to deal with!
