On 2/5/22 I requested internet service. A Frontier technician came out but said they needed a dropline in order to connect. The dropline was to be provided by a 3rd party vendor. I called weekly both Frontier and the vendor and no one came. Unfortunately, Frontier will start charging once an account is "Active". "Active" does not mean service is provided. AWFUL! They don't even deserve a 1 star. New install scheduled for a 4 hour time slot so rearranged our schedule to be home, no show, no call. No explanation. This is the 2nd time this happened. Absolute joke.

Frontier Internet and phone is a ******* joke We have had their services almost 35 years and our internet has been down now 9 days and when anyone calls the house phone they get a humming noise. I am tired of their excuses!!!!! My husband has medical issues and his drs can't even call him about his upcoming appointments. He can't even call 911 if he was in trouble. Am tired of their customer service people because they all give me a different excuse!!! ***** *** *******

THE WORST. Go with anyone else. After 100 calls, 2 supervisors, etc etc etc…. their idea of “customer service” is to repeat the same lie. “A technician is scheduled for today and will contact you.” Two weeks later, and they still say that. Honestly people do not deal with Frontier if you don’t live in a rural area where it’s your only option. P.S. they don’t care if it’s a “lifeline” phone either.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and customer service is a joke! I’m actually kind of surprised Frontier communications is still up and running (could just be because some people are settling for their lowest cost internet and such) however, I’ve had it. As a customer for 2 1/2 years, I’ve received no help for general questions I’ve had and services that need done. I’ve talked to multiple employees through the chat on the app, but no one was able to further assist me and I can’t think of anything more pathetic.

On 7/26 Frontier came and installed internet service. At that time the technician put a large hole in our garage ceiling. The technician George advised me that he had contacted his boss regarding this matter. My husband came home and George told him that we should have no problem fixing it ourselves. My husband came in from the garage to tell me what the tech said and we went back out and the George was gone. I have been dealing with Frontier for 2 years. We live in a rural area. My service for 2 years goes on and off. They have said a mouse gets in the lines, lightning takes out my phone and internet. I have a black mark on my wall and the wire in the house is hanging off the wall. The phone box is literally laying in a ditch all croaked. They leave us with no internet for weeks at a time. I have been without internet service for almost a month and a date was scheduled for repair two weeks from the time of the repair call. When the date arrived for assistance, it was rescheduled. Now the second date has arrived and still no technician. They offed to take a measly 23.00 off my bill, but here I am with still no internet service. One of the worst companies I think I have ever dealt with.
