Total lies and false advertising. Twice told we would get service both times failed. Took off work, got house ready waited just to get phone call no hook up available!! We already have line running to our house from past hook up. FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Frontier Communications Corp. fails in every aspect from customer service standpoint. Have been without landline service for 2 days and rely on service for medical devices in addition to everyday use of phone service. Tried to use their automated online process which indicates no service outage in area, obviously they are wrong, service not at residence, auto pay so billing not issue. Called Frontier Customer Service for "live talk" only to discover it's outsourced to foreign entity that can not speak nor understand English ... read more

Horrible company they lie, and don't care about potential customers. Since end of March a elderly couple (92 and 84 Yrs old) in a rural community had been trying to get a land line telephone and internet hooked up. In May I started trying to assist them as they kept getting appointments scheduled but no one came out and no one called or explained why. My internet has been down for 7 days now and they can't get a tech out here for another 4 days. I work from home so this is unacceptable. I call everyday wanting to know what is happening, only to have customer service tell me there isn't an outage and it is my modem, which they just replaced on Friday. I told them there was an outage in my area and it is not just me. They say they are working on it and it would be resolved within 48 hours. It is 72 hours since they said that and still no internet. I waited nine hours yesterday for an installation that they never showed up for and never even called me after I called five times they finally admitted that they thought some other site was more important than me

Frontier is an awful company you pay for a service and you only have it half the time you don't have internet. When you call its normally 3 days before they can get to you. Your internet will work a couple of days and then it's out again. I would not recommend this company to anyone, if I could I'd switch internet company's but it is the only provider where we live.

This company should not be allowed to do business in Indiana . The service is worse than unsatisfactory; it is atrocious. Any attempt to obtain information about one’s own account is frustrating. You are not able to do most things regarding your account without making a phone call. Waits as long as one hour on phone calls, Very poor internet service . Speeds are ludicrously slow. Storm caused down lines on July 20, 2022 and interrupted phone and internet service. Requested repair on July 21, 2022 and received a repair appointment for July 27, 2022. Representative was to arrive between 1pm-5pm est. Was instructed that some one have to be present at address where service was to be corrected and that the representative would call or text prior to arriving. No call was received and lines where re-hung without notice. Representative left job site without checking to see of if service was working. It was n... read more

I give zero stars! Very unreliable internet that is constantly dropping or going completely out. Customer service is terrible as well. Technicians are totally incompetent and never successfully fix anything correctly.
