They have serious scheduling issue, costumer service issues, installation issues and I really don't know why some of these people are getting a pay check. My under ground cable hasn't been buried in 2wks. They scheduled me for a day I told them I was working a double shift and according to installation prep guide the tech could actually have put it in my closet at installation time now I need equipment moved due to unforseen property erosion. This is Tampa , Fl area

System issues all the time. I work from home. and to be honest I would be fired as i cant work with no internet at my home. I have been having to use my hotspot and I'm reaching data caps. I'm paying for a service that is a requirement for my job. this is ridiculous and should of been handled the same day. its been days since my service has been working. I have been First with ******* Fios, since it first started many years ago, then it became Frontier Fios, now Frontier, I had a grandfather plan making it affordable for me to have cable. Each year I would renew my bundle, phone, TV, Internet, each few months rates continue to go up what I used to pay $110.00 monthly went up to $171. monthly I called four months ago to ask why??? I am disappointed & disgusted by this firm no services were rendered & this was all communicated to their management & supervisors however they have sent me to a collection company I have all supervisors names & ID # s after numerous calls & online chats which I have ALL IN writing that I don’t OWE any $ but yet they just Send me to a collection……

Please BBB: I should have the options of a no star review. Frontier only gets one because your review system makes me leave one. Frontier's service and products are abysimal. Every portal of communication fails. Resolution is non-existent and problems are repetitive. Online access to your own account is frequently experiencing techical problems so you cannot address your call features. Chat system welcomes you several times then says they have to transfer you to a tech agent and you sit for upwards of 20-30 minutes watching ... read more

I have had frontier for about 12 years and they charge way to much for subpar internet 67.98 a month for 2.5 mb download speed and .6 upload! That being said another company is running fiber in my neighborhood well my dsl line got cut sometime along the way and ive been without internet since the 12th of august! I called it in on the 13th because there automated support line hung up on me after 20 minutes of waiting on the 12th! I received an e-mail from frontier communications that I am paying for 6mbps and can only receive 3.36 mbps in my area they have raised the base rate 12.00 per month since last July and we do not receive what we are paying for. If they can’t provide the 6 mbps they should have a lower rate for only receiving 3.36 mbps and sometimes we only get 1.68 mbps. We have had this service for many years and it does not get better with paying more money.

This is hands down the worst excuse for a company to exist. Get your internet anywhere else. The service NEVER works, when you need a technician to come fix it they flat out don't show up to appointments and you're left with no service for WEEKS which you still have to pay for. I literally despise this company with every fiber of my being.

Frontier Communications is a terrible company. I have had phone and internet service with them since my wife and I moved into our house in August of 2010. Fortunately, there is a new company who is finally offering high speed internet in the East Tennessee area. For years, the service has been suboptimal. The service would go out for days. The company made no efforts to resolve the issues. They didn’t have to I suppose as there was no competition.
