This review is NOT specific to an one location, but is for the ENTIRE company, the "internet provider". Their CS (Customer Service) is nonexistent. Today, September 6, 2022 I was "on hold" for THREE AND A HALF HOURS! This after they messaged ME to call THEM back to confirm some info for a NEW account / new service. After the THREE AND A HALF HOURS I STILL never reached anyone. I did reach their "Loyalty Team" to cancel the new account / service. I can NOT deal with a company like this. Do not use frontier comm. For phone or internet. The customer service is from another country and they have a script to follow and it will never help or answer any questions you may have. And the repair tech are friendly but they are so far behind they are months out for even basic repairs
From having ******* as my telephone and internet provider they sold to Frontier. I have very poor internet service/speed. I pay for high speed internet and get a .8 - 1.2 internet download speed. I would appreciate any and all help in increasing my internet speed. I have complained many times to Frontier, but nothing seems to change.
This is the worse company I have every done business with, I don't know how they stay in business I have called them to correct my mother's phone function 13 times with the promise that "they'll fix their mistake" and now 2 weeks later, nothing has been done. This service has been an absolute joke. Earlier this month (August) there were a total of 5 days almost in a row without service, and no communication was attempted by them to explain the issue or to even give an estimate of restoration of the service. Now for the past 24 hours, same thing. Customer service doesn't care and is outsourced out of the country, and they refuse to have someone contact us with the information about the outage. Frontier Communications Corp. fails in every aspect from customer service standpoint. My husband and I work 100% remote. We have had several issues with internet service, each time we call we are told 'We are sorry and we understand' however they never resolve the issue. We have been sent 2 defective routers and ended up without internet service for 2 days. My internet has been done for over a week now I have called tech support three times and they stated they have escalated the ticket however there is still no tech available this company truly is bad resolving issue for paying customers. After reading others reviews I see I am not alone. Please avoid this company.
They’re the worst ISP I’ve ever dealt with. Out of the last 3 months I’ve had internet for approximately 1 week. They lied about the outage, they refused to a technician out to fix it, and yet they still send the bill. I will be recommending anybody but them to anybody who will listen. I’m afraid the only people who will see this is others with similar problems, and by then it’s too late.
Awful experience. And I thought *** Communications was bad. Where to start. The tech who installed the line was rude. I received an appointment to have the line buried, which I also wasn't made aware of when I switched to Frontier. The appointment day came and went. Nothing. CAlled, emailed, live chat, everything. All I got was blank apologies and promises of it being completed. Woke up one morning TWO weeks later, said my installation was completed and the line was buried. SURE WASN'T. Outright lie. Still waiting....
