Absolute garbage. I recently bought a house and even though the previous owner had Frontier internet working (and the router is still at the house), I still had to wait 16 days for an install appointment with a technician. Mind you, there was a 4 hour window for the install, but that came and went. While on hold with a rep, I got a text message saying that due to unforeseen circumstances, my appointment had been cancelled and rescheduled for a date 2 weeks later. The absolute worst service ever. If I could leave zero stars I would. Three weeks without internet, multiple missed appointments, lies regarding timelines, etc, make this company deplorable and unethical. Frontier is 100% taking advantage of the rural people of South West Virginia as they know they have no alternatives. I am contacting our state senators, I urge you to as well.

This company has gone to the dogs, I have been a customer for many years up until recently and have had very few issues, but a few months ago I started getting poor internet speeds and it would sometimes drop out completely. They sent out their crack squad of professional repairmen (SARC) who told me that it must be my equipment that was causing the problem, I informed them that my equipment had not changed at all, so they changed my router, (and of course took the old one with them) this did not solve the problem, they came... read more

Frontier is the worst customer service I have ever had they are very rude and not helpful, and they tell you it's your job to fix it. I have two of their equipment in my garage and know nothing about these electrical boxes that belong to Frontier, and I do not have a land line and all I know it the electrical box says battery low or something. Frontier person disregards NO SOLICITATION signs on mine and neighbors porches and rings and knocks for 3 minutes until i came to door to remind him that NO SOLICITATION means stay the hell off my porch. Looks like a training issue to me. Dont ring, dont knock just walk away. Not buying what your selling!

The worst experience I have ever had. They made up a fake Tax ID# They cut ******** lines so we couldnt go back if we wanted, I was ready to cancel the next day and couldnt I had to wait a month and after a month they still wont release one of the numbers. Terrible and customer service is HORRIBLE I had to repeat my self alot! If I could I would give them a -5 star!

I'd like to tank their customer service. I would give them an F. I am having some video difficulties. Called the service desk on 7-07-22. They attempted to resolve my issue but couldn't. They tried for over 30 minutes with no success. The customer service rep esculated my request to have a field service tech come out to make repairs. They gave me a service ticket # ******* aND SET AN APPOINTMENT FOR 7-08-22 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 1-5 PM. So today, 7-08-22 I am waiting for the techmician to arrive. 3 technicians and 3 weeks later still do not have internet. Nothing at all and still have to wait another week for them to send ANOTHER repair guy out. Doubt if that guy knows what to do either. Refuse to let me talk to supervisor or manager regarding the issue.

I am amazed that Frontier can even stay in business with the deplorable service level they provide. Phone service in Western NC (franklin) is very poor. Average phone service outage is every 2 days, lasting for about 24 hours.
