After the 4th try installing service, I think I give up, when the tech almost drilled in to my 240V car charger I removed him for his safety. Thanks for leaving all the gear, my original internet down, scheduling me for the 6th try, and leaving me over 1000 feet of cat 5 cable from your incompetence. No worries, ill spend 5 mins running all that cable for you before you get here, and no worries, I can troubleshoot the entire system and show you how like i had to for the last Einstein you sent here. get your act together

Frontier Internet is terrible! My internet went out yesterday (Monday) and the soonest they can come out to see what's wrong with THEIR box is Friday. Really? My internet is tied to my landline which is my emergency phone and that does not work! I also work from home and rely on having internet capabilities so are they going to pay me my salary when I can't work? Prior to Frontier I was a long time customer of ********, however I moved to an area that ******** does not cover and I was forced to go with Frontier. Very bad business dealing. They were charging my father for phone service that he never received. Zero usage yet they charged him for 2 years. No refund and when we canceled, they prorated the last bill for service that we never had.

Please avoid this company if you can. The customer service is poor to none. The price is insanely high for the slow and limited service I have. I will switch companies as soon as I have another option

Worst experience ever. Scheduled installation a month in advance. The day of, tech showed up outside scheduled time and called me leaving a message that they would call back. They never did, and he left with no communication about my order/installation....nothing! I then received an email that installation was pushed to 6/7. On 6/7 no one contacted me. I had to call to be told that it would be pushed again to 6/15. I finally got the representative to schedule me for 6/10. On 6/8, received a text confirming appointment on 6/1... read more

Frontier internet is so UNRELIABLE!!! Everyday we have ISSUES!! The service guy comes out monthly or actually fixes it or says it's fixed from the office. After he says it's fixed, it GOES OUT!!! RIDICULOUS SERVICE!!! I can't change until August because other internet providers are updating their towers. IVE GIVEN FRONTIER MORE CHANCES, TO FIX THE PROBLEM TIME AFTER TIME, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!!! FIX THE PROBLEM!!!!

Difficult to deal with. The telephone land line (yes, they still exist) provided in our area is constantly nonfunctional. When calls are made, it is frequently impossible to hear the caller due to crackling and static on the line. The internet service is spotty at best. Frequently, the system needs rebooting.
