THE WORST PROVIDER AND FAILS "F" FOR SERVICE! This company raised my fees by $10 per month and you think, well not too bad. But right after the increase in monthly cost the service declined by 110% and has cost me the ability to work with clients as I work from home as many. In addition, the service has cost me 2 clients due to not being able to connect due to the internet service. It is continually going out or spotty service throughout the day and night and this has been happening for over the month!

Illegimate communications business, using tax dollars but not abiding by committments. Our inconsistant service was arbitrally discontinued by Frontier (WV) due to "unable to support land extension". Yes the cabin is in the woods. Yes Frontier took our monthly payments for full service even though it worked on and off. They would not pro rate service, it was either the full amount or nothing. This is regarding an attempted business install of Fiber Internet and IP Phones. I was approached by Frontier Sales Rep and told fiber had just been installed in the building. I signed for service and 7 IP Phone to be bought outright. Install was delayed by two months of signing date. Installer showed up two days early when I was out of office. Rescheduled and can back a week later. Could not find the fiber demark and had a sight survey done which said every thing was a go. Another install day came, the tech said there was n... read more

I have been a customer for over 15 years and it is very disconcerting that they continue to penalize loyal customers. I have asked for an upgrade on my router and they are stating that i will have to add $5/month to get that in addition to my $77/month bill already at 500 mbps. However, if you are a new customer, you will only pay $40/month with a free router or $75/month with 1 Gig and a free router. They are crooks. I ordered service a few days before Christmas and it worked for two days and then quit. I call them back but they could not have a technician come back out until the next week. I then asked them to discontinue service and was told they would back it out as if never happened but they left a I've and put a ridiculous amount that they say I owe on my credit. Services was never restored and they refuse to take it off. Never utilize their service!

The worst! Can I rate them zero stars? Cancelled internet service was told there would be a $10 disconnect fee but that was all. Received a bill the next month for $60 + a late fee + the $10 disconnect fee. Customer service supervisor not able to explain why I had more than a $10 disconnect fee. She stated that the disconnect date was delayed and I continued to be charged for another month. Horrible customer service, AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!

I wouldn’t recommend this company. Customer service is terrible, internet service is terrible. I was a customer for many years and when I moved I called to cancel. Could not get through to their lines. I was charged for three months of services that I did not want not or use. I can’t express enough how disgusted I am with this company.

I wish that I could leave zero stars. This company preys on the fact that there is little to no competition to service the small rural areas and villages that Frontier does. Customers are given little or actually no recourse to the unfair business practices that Frontier is known for (charging fees for equipment that you personally own or monthly fees for routers that they force you to use. I was told that they only guarantee service if their is a direct hook up from router to TV, so thats what I did which made absolutely no... read more
