Very slow speeds and charged a high early termination fee with no appeal.

Horrible service called 3 times for wifi extenders SIMPLE just send them and each time i had to restart the order they admitted to being wrong and they messed up yet the earliest they can do something about it was two weeks out … guaranteed it wont even come im so sure of it. Horrible customer service. Simple order cant even get done right, pathetic.

If the "service" isn't bad enough, now Frontier is going to charge their customers an additional $2.99 a month to mail you a paper bill. Isn't that coercion to go to online paying? How is this legal?

We have a business account and fiber Internet. We have no internet for almost a month now. It all started when they remove us from a port to accommodate a residential connection. Then they couldn’t transfer us to another port as there is no more available port. Then I keep calling and chatting customer and technical support and have not gotten any resolution or even a valid update to the issue. We were left in limbo. They're a terrible company that doesn't care of providing their customers with resolutions to issues with their service. I have called 8 times with problems and they give me the run around. I am beyond frustrated. If I could give them a negative star I would. They have unacceptable service. I was told yesterday a technician would come to fix my phone line and no one showed up. I own a business and had a representative come out to try and sell us on a package for frontier and ****** **. Said our bill would come out to 189 for both, 75 for ******* and 114 for frontier. Thats not what happened. While the ******* was 75 the frontier bill was 195. When we talked to frontier they didnt want to take responsibility for their rep and refused to lower the bill but offered us to cancel early but that it would cost us 280 dollars. Absolutely the worst! If I could give zero stars I would.Unfortunately I live in an area where we have no other choice for phone and internet services. The billing and service is great until you hit your 2 year contract term with them. After that, good luck. You get billed double and triple or a payment gets "lost". Then they try to gaslight you with their scripted responses when you call and complain about why your bill is so high. Frontier Communications has consistently misrepresented (a polite way of saying lied) the DSL speed I would get with my Ultra Broadband DSL line. Had nothing but problems and speed issues. A responsible service tech finally, after 6.5 years, told me that I would never get the internet speed for which I was contracted given the old service line from the pole to the house. I called Frontier today to cancel my service after a recent move. Even though I am cancelling seven days into the current billing period, the representative told me I would have to pay for the entire 30 day period because wifi is not prorated. Is that even legal?!? Why should I have to pay for a service I will not use and have in fact canceled. Is this just a tactic to squeeze more money out of customers?
