The other day, high winds knocked my Frontier line down from my house and left it dangling off the line at the street. The local fire department noticed it, and called it in to ***, thinking it was theirs. *** responded within 30 minutes of the line going down. 3 days after Frontier was notified about the line down, and the hazard it posed, local support has still done nothing, and the cable is still hanging there. As an IT and Devops engineer for 8 years, Frontier has been the worst tech support EVER!!! They are unwilling to escalate to tier 2 support. My most recent call was simple...whitelist this device with MAC address xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx so it can authenticate with my account via PPPoE. All the rep kept saying is it is an issue with my device. It was working fine today until a printer tripped my breaker. Upon reboot and authentication the MAC for my device was yet again blacklisted. I will never recommend Frontier to anyone!

Contacted Frontier to switch from ******* to get fiber optic Thursday, Mar 24th, installed Monday, Mar 28th - great! Installation was done by 4:30, everything went well. Less than 3 full days of service, the system went down, Wednesday morning @ 9:40 Mar 30th. Called service, they had me unplug everything, wait 3 minutes, plugged back in, Frontier was unable to connect to the system, I was told there was a equipment failure and a technician would need to come out. after my service has been canceled they make me pay to initiate service again even though they have been informed that we no longer want the service and then proceed to tell me that they can't cancel services in the middle of a service month so we will be billed for an additional month. putting me in the hole for 400.00.

on 3/11/2022 i received an e-mail from frontier communications for late payment on a automatic payment plan from my credit card that was not received so i contacted my credit card company and asked them why frontier was charging my card for two payments of $49.99 and they offered to have a three way conversation with frontier and i accepted so we talked with some one named Gary from frontier and he told us that there was a problem with their computer system not taking out automatic deduction for some reason and that they hav... read more

I was a business customer for Internet for my office space.moved office after 2020 pandemic had to change providers. Cancelled our account and paid any balance due. Frontier continued to charge my business account electronically through automatic payment setup using our account information for over a year! Unfortunately I didn't notice until 2022 when I was going over expeness. They charged us over $500 for nothing. Our phone is soo noisey it's awful both phone and dal internet are always going off and my is 155.00 a month !! Something needs to change with this company it's not reliable at all. I've called multiple times to see about lowering the price only to be told there's nothing they can do.

We were charged $9.00 a month for anti-virus protection for a PHONE LINE...not internet...over the last 8 years. Called and talked to customer service and they are refusing to waive a $58 balance on the account after we canceled service. What a horrible company. Never will I recommend or use this company again.

Worst business practices I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. I had an appointment for installing internet on the 17th. I took the day off work and kept getting texts that my appointment was pushed back, all the way to 830. No one showed or called. The next day I called them and asked what happened, and they said that the tech called me (they didn’t) and I didn’t respond (no one contacted me). So my appointment would be pushed a week out.
