Can you update this site to include Zero Stars, Please?? I moved to Marathon, WI in 2017. My residence, was originally occupied by a lady who had internet service with Frontier for the previous 7 years. My neighbors, to my south and north both have Frontier Internet, yet when I called Frontier 3 years ago they told me my address didn't exist & they were unable to provide internet. The installation was done poorly. The cable was laid on the ground, instead of being buried. This resulted in the cable being cut and then was fixed by slicing an indoor cable, which is still laying on the ground and zipped tied to a fence.

Scheduled appointment for internet installation. Day of installation received a phone call stating the installation could not proceed because the internet option I ordered (the only choice I was given, for the record) was not available and I had to reorder with an updated package at a slower speed. Called customer support to follow-up and was told internet was not available at my address after all. Lost a day at work because they don't know what services they can provide.

Awful services , I paid religiously my bills and the only thing I ask in return is good internet services as both my partner and I works from home . However , for the third times in 4 months the internet was down and when I call support they are telling me that the earliest they can come is always 3 to 5 days later even when they know it’s their defective equipment. I’d leave zero stars if I could. I called to start service two weeks in advance of our move and was told they had 25mbs available in the area. I then received a call a few days later that my order was on hold due to an active account at the address. I was told I could reach out to (their) the current customer to have them cancel. After working through both realtors the owner scheduled a cancellation. This company is a complete and utter joke. They have never once provided stable internet connection in the 11 or so years i have been with them and im having to go and reset my router several times per day just to get something to load. Im often stick on loading screens for several minutes at a time just to be told i dont have connection when my router clearly shows i do. Not only that but one person using a specific service cripples the internet service to the point of everyone but that person being completey unable to even... read more

FrontierCommunications has consistently annoyed 10s of thousands of customers in several areas (mine being 90066) with persistent dropped connections and internet black outs for hours and days. This is criminal.

Frontier communications is not worth one star. Cancelled our service and a week later was charged for next months service. Called, but was given all sorts of excuses. Protect yourself and your bank account and do whatever is necessary so they do not have access to it. Do not take their word for anything. Never encountered a company this bad and shameless before.

Where is the zero rating? This company lies about speeds and services. They also never shows up to appointments for fixing service. Leave before the job is done, when you finally get them here, and waste hours of your time on the phone trying to get to the right "customer service representative"... as if you could call what they have "customer service"
