Appalling !!! Its a shame that companies like Frontier communications continue to exist. Are you really doing business like without any ethics, professionalism or just basic sense of pride in your services. Our internet has been down for a week and all that is happening is case shuttling between construction & engineering. Apparently some construction in the neighborhood severed their optical line and they came by to change it. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. MY PHONE/INTERNET LINE WAS TAKEN DOWN BY A TRUCK AND IS LYING IN THE ROAD. I HAD REPAIR DATE/TIME BUT NO ONE SHOWED UP. SO, I AM TRYING AGAIN TO GET HELP. I HAVE A BUSINESS AND AM LOSING INCOME, NOT THAT FRONTIER CARE BECAUSE THEY ARE STILL GETTING PAID. I AM STRANDED WITHOUT COMMUNICATION. THIS IS VERY BAD, ENOUGH THAT I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING CHANGING SERVICE COMPANIES.

We are a business with 10 employees that works almost entirely on the cloud. Reliable phone and internet are critical for us. We have had Frontier for several years and I am through with them. Out of the many time we have had service outages, nearly every instance has been cause by Frontier's employees touching our system or account (e.g. change in contract, upgrade in services, etc.). Incredibly slow speeds. Service is intermittent at best. Paying for top of line service plan and getting worse than bottom service.

Frontier communications raised by bill to double what I was paying. Knowing I was low income and disabled. I told them about a program to get a big discount on there service which is 50 to 75 a month off your bill. Frontier said they did not participate in this program. I went through there all information and low and behold it’s in there information that they do have the program. I was paying 40 per month and doubled my bill to 80.00 a month. This has been a nightmare. If I could give zero stars I would. I have tried to set up new phone service for my 80 yo mother who is dying of cancer on Hospice for over a week now. I have spent over five hours on the phone with Frontier. Know that ALL their calls (sales and customer service) are outsourced to Brazil, and that NO ONE there has any idea what is going on or how to help me. Absolutely terrible internet service. Slower than advertised speeds. Called months ago to report slow speeds, tech never showed up to resolve. Service went out completely on Monday (today is Thursday of the same week) and frontier is unable to get a tech to my house until this coming Monday. One week without internet is a big deal to someone relying on it to work from home. Unfortunately, frontier is the only option in my location.

Violation of California 313 requiring ability to cancel service online. $10 disconnect fee that was not disclosed or agreed to at the time of service connection.

Unreliable service. Slow speeds when working. Can’t get service tech. to my home. I make an appointment and no one shows. I call to see why and all I get is would you like to schedule another appointment. No concern about customer satisfaction. I would not recommend to anyone.
