Only 1 star because you can't leave comment without one, my problem started when I canceled !!! Frontier tried taking payment from service no longer using for the past 4 months and service was not that reliable!!! Worst company ... save yourself the Headache.
UNFAIR Practices! I moved out of their service area on May 14. 2021 since they won't disconnect on the weekends I had the services terminated on May 17. 2021. I Just today July 7, 2021 (because I had auto pay) found out that they charged me for the ENTIRE month of service from May 12-June 12 even though I was turned off on May 17. I would give a negative star rating, but that isn't an option. In the last 3 months my service has gone from mediocre to horrible. Frontier has issued multiple trouble tickets and sent technicians to my condo and line workers out to the street to determine what the issue is. No one has given me a reason for my horrible service, but Frontier's technical support deemed that problem to be with my router. Worst customer service ever. Do not do business with this Company.
They have the worst customer service ever when they have outages no one seems to know what the issue is they always just want to troubleshoot by you unplugging your router friends and neighbors have been without service for going on seven days now no answers and it’s affecting multiple people in Menifee in Sun City California
Customer Service non existent! We called to place an order for internet service. They require a social security number to do a credit check and expected us to give it over the phone. After going back and forth, we provided it and then wen to scheduling. We paid a deposit, had a install date of 6/28 from 1-5pm. We took the afternoon off to be here for the install. They tried to charge me 100 bucks for 3Mbps service. When I complained, they knocked me down to 1Mbps, stating that the 3Mbps was an error. Now they tell me that I'm "grandfathered" in and they removed service from my area. Very misleading if Frontier can't provide service TO THE FRONTIER. Phone service is crap as well. It would be easier to set up your own array than work with this company. STAY FAR AWAY!
Been with no internet for two weeks. they don't give a ****.worst company ever.
My name is ****** ******** I have been on the phone all week with them trying to get an internet connection line removed or taken down or raised up. They keep telling me that they can't come out to work on it and I am beyond frustrated and don't want to have them come to my house to do anything. I want to take them to court and sue them for there services because I have a camper that I can't get in the driveway because it's too tall.
