i was without service for 8 days four phone calls (no one speaks english) three appointments not keep by frontier. 100 dollars a mounth and no sevice
We have complained repeatedly about the slow speed or lack of service for several years. Feel that we are paying for a poor service. Frontier has had multiple service requests from us, routers have been replaced, (we had to do this) and service is worse after it rains. During the day, service is much slower, in the middle of the night speed is faster.
Frontier is horrible. How are they going to provide 24/hr internet but limit techs only for the weekdays. Its ironic that equipment and services go down during the weekend and frontier cant afford to hire techs for the weekends. ******** so far is sooo much better and can install their equipment quicker than frontier can come out to change a ont box, thats sad. No wonder everyones switching. Customer service is horrible!
Frontier Communications took money from my checking account without permission. I do not have auto pay and they can’t explain why this happened. I was offered a $10 credit. I was insulted. I spent over 2 hours to get an answer I could “live “ with. Nothing was resolved. Very uncomfortable now dealing with Frontier Communications
Phone and internet has been out this time for weeks. I say this time because it happens all the time. Had an appointment for 7- 16-21 between 8 and noon, no call no show so now if true they are supposed to be here 7-20-21 between 1 and 5. I asked them to take money off my bill to compensate my time and lost wages and was informed I have to wait until service is complete. Worst customer service. Unfulfilled promises. Phone operators don't take notes of your calls so you end up repeating your story each time you talk to them. No follow up on open issues despite promises. Where do I start? Apparently the fiber optic internet is amazing as long as you can get through their customer service. I have been a long time comcast/xfinity customer and I decided to switch to Frontier because they were offering speeds 5 times as fast but 20% cheaper than what I was paying for Comcast. I would give less then 1 star. They jumped my bill up $25 for no reason after being a customer for 3+years. They wouldn't help me lower the price. When I cancelled they informed me that you pay a month behind which I think is a lie, plus they charged me $10 for a shut off fee. Very unhelpful, unfriendly. DO NOT USE THEM!
This business had an fraudulent account in my name. They called me to ask for payment. I told them this is a fraudulent account. They asked me full out forms and a police report. Get the form notarized, which I did and send it to them. After I did all that they responded to say that I am still responsible for this fraudulent account. I kept calling and they said I need to resend the information I originally sent before. On Saturday 7/10, Frontier cut my connection and destroyed my yard when they established new service for my neighbor. I was assured it would be repaired on Sunday. On Sunday, Stacy from Frontier called me and said it would be "escalated " and the repair made first thing Monday.
