This is about Frontier Communications, every since I started getting my services through this company I have has issues after issues with them. They lie they don't stand up or back their words to their customers and they say they fixed the issues of your bill and they want turn the devices off and they do, some of the people who work for them don't have the adequate training to even be a customer service rep. Frontier has constant outages. Extremely poor response times. My internet has been out for 2 days and still no resolution. I work from home temporarily and without internet I’m totally wrecked. It’s costing me money and my company is really annoyed. I like having a job and frontier is endangering that. The best internet speed available is 24 mbps download and 1 mbps upload. DO NOT USE FRONTIER! THEY ARE SCANDALOUS! Frontier took the liberty of signing my family up for ******** and ***, both of which we did not order and Never USED! They refuse to show proof that I ordered these and have been billing us for these unused, unneeded channels for over a year... my bad! Check your bill frequently! Don't just use AutoPay as they will stick it to you! I have called numerous times, they will not issue any credit and are still trying to collect another month of service even after I canceled their service... read more

If I could rate them lower than a 1 star I would. The advertisements for their internet are very misleading. Also, their representatives are also not being truthful when it comes to the performance of their internet. I signed up for the 500Mbps service but, could never get higher than 78Mbps on the wireless router that they provide. After speaking with the technician, it was revealed that the router they provide can only do 100Mbps (at best) over wireless. OMG.... I just got Fiber cable in DOWNEY 3 days ago and it is absolutely horrible, WHAT A JOKE. I can't even watch a movie. I started a 1.45 hour movie 2 plus hours ago and I'm not even halfway through. All I get is the spinning wheel of death every few minutes. All I can say is, this can't be real fiber, it runs like a land line from the 1990's. DO NOT GET SUCKED INTO THIS FRONTIER COMMUNICATIONS CRAP AS THEY REALLLLLLLLLLLY SUCK. This company will not upgrade your internet speed service for any reason and continue to give excuses in my are they online give 1.0mbs internet speed charge 80$ a month for phone and internet I have called numerous time to ask if better service and they say no they are the only provider and are over charging all of us here myself and neighbors have had no phone service and we all have distorted lines

Cancelled my service after many years and they keep sending bills. Customer Service tells me they will issue a credit. Still getting bills four months after service disconnection. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Misleading company praying on the elderly with landline telephones scanning them out of money my parents was a victim turning phones on giving scammers the new numbers once they disconnect from the old number scammers know the five digit code on a new number without customers permission and still continue to call on landline phones only asking for date of birth of the customer I figured this out and we have to cut ties with frontier communications in the Rochester New York area
