Frontier is one of the worse companies I have ever dealt with.
I personally think that they are by far the WORST cable company that I have ever dealt with in my time of using cable, internet and tv services for at least 30 years. They keep you on the phone for extended periods of time and some (not all) of the employees lack training. The service was much, much better when it was *******. After 2 1/2 months of promises and appointment after appointment Frontier has yet to show up. Because their tech claimed the ground was frozen in November and could not run wire until June 30 2021 I hand dug and buried the cable myself. Several appointments later with no one showing, this debacle continues here in Alpena, MI
Its a scam. Never heard of them, However, they had me scheduled for an appointment.
Well, my internet has been down since 25 October 2020, it's now 19 Jan 2021. I've called a dozen times. Always a different reason they can't communicate with me. My wife is deployed and service is in her name. I have power of attorney. When they finally did send a tech out he claimed it was fixed and closed the repair ticket. Just an awful business ... high prices and horrible business practices. Bill one month in advance yet won’t pro rate services even when you move out of state. Absurd!
Is Frontier the only internet provider, in your area? You have too many neighbors? Too bad! First come, first serve! You're either stuck with unreliable satellite internet or you'll just have to go to the Burger King down the road to do your school work. LOL good luck!
0 STARS. I placed an order for Frontier to be installed on 11/16/20 to be done for 12/9/20, which is one week before my previous provider's billing cycle to end. The 9th comes along & no one has come, no one has called, no communication to my installation appointment whatsoever, instead it merely says 'In Progress' for order status on their website. Frontier's service never matched up to their promises, internet speed was slow, the channels constantly changed from what we agreed to initially. Promises to send updated equipment were never followed through on and the customer service/ IT help was wholly inadequate. at the end of their service I was charged for a full month of service despite only receiving 4 days of actual service.
