My internet has been down since last Thursday. It is Tuesday now and since then I have been hung up on by two technicians after being on the phone for an hour and an hour and a half. I was bounced between tech support and billing and they blames each other for the issues. After four days of bouncing me back and forth, someone scheduled a tech to come out. He never showed up. I work from home and my kids do school online. I have been lied to multiple times and told to just wait and see what happens. What a nightmare.
Frontier is a complete scam. Do NOT use them for internet services. My service never worked and I called 6 times, had techs come to my home twice and it still didn't work and they still refused to credit my account. I worked my way up the chain of command to demand an account credit, which they continually refused. Never ever use frontier!
I cannot limit my complaint to 10 words or less. Frontier is awful customer service tells you lies. They do not do what they say they will to help you. I can write a whole book. I finally gave up on them and called spectrum. I tried to get my internet fixed from October 2019-January of 2021. I gave up. No rep told the truth. No one knew anything and just made up lies about process etc
I called in to cancel my service, and told it was done, and that I would not relieve another bill. I did. I call and was told to call in the next month and that I would only be charged the $9.99 processing fee, and that it would be notated in my account. So did that, and the lady put it in for me, but then when it went to their credit people it came back that it was a valid charge and there was nothing I can do to get out of paying for the month that I was not even using their service. no surprise their average is one star! I've been down for three days while frontier takes their sweet time to come fix my internet. I work from home while millions of others are on unemployment... and my boss is NOT pleased that I cannot log in to work. If you have the option to use ANYONE ELSE, please take my advice. . DO SO
I’m on my 5th installation date every time it get scheduled no one shows up, no calls text email or nothing to at least tell me go * yourself At least And were noT showing up.... After the 5 time I finally got a hold of a supervisor Maddy to get there none competent workers under control. I wish there is an option for zero stars. I don't have any other option except the Frontier at my move in address so I'm at the mercy of Frontier. I paid for the service online and I called to reschedule my installation schedule. I tried 3 times and each time its more than 45 min wait time and the agents keep forwarding to another department. I am currently working from home, Frontier is quoting me 3 days before a technician can come out to review my devices on why my internet is not working. I am out of work for three days and Frontier refuses to compensate for time missed on the bill. These people are the worst internet provider I’ve ever had and their customer service provides no solutions.
I placed a new customer order on July 18, 2020 and was confirmed for 500/500 Internet speed installation. I was subsequently scheduled for an installation appointment on August 5 from 1-5 pm ET. When I did not receive a text message on August 4 confirming my installation appointment, I called Frontier customer service to inquire about status.
