I find that their customer service is the worst I've ever dealt with. My internet hasn't worked properly since install. Drops DSL2 to modem all the time, Service tech finally repaired 6/02/20. took since September 2019 to get a working service.. They offered my $58.00 and I find that to be Absurd!
They lie to there customers was told one thing and went the other way in stead
It's a SCAM. When signing up they said there is no contract. After 9 months of usage, when i am moving out they added a penalty of $69.85. Long discussion with Customer Service when i asked the proof for signing the contract, they created a dispute. Within 3 months, i received the collection notice during the COVID situation. Don't sign with Frontier.
I want to give this company an F on all counts. We have been customers for several years now. We have no other choices since we live in the country. We are without internet for intervals of weeks at a time. When we call they come, It might be a week or two before they get here to TRY and fix the problem. Absolute worst customer service in the world. These people and systems could not be more unhelpful if they were granted eternal life to be that way. Every time you can reach them by phone you get transferred around to multiple departments that do not communicate with each other. Each time you must verify account number, phone number, security pin, contact info and restate your issue. Then in a condescending tone you are asked if it is plugged in. This company takes advantage of customers who move because of illness. I terminated services on March 2, 2020 because we had to sell to move in with our daughter in ******. The company logged in the termination date on March 17, on day after the new cycle started and want to charge us for a full month of service. After 3 years of trying to get a service that works we are still left with Internet and wireless that goes out for hours every single day. The fact they will not credit us for the fact we are paying full freight for a service we are not getting has been more than frustrating. Their billing department has royally messed up our bill. After multiple calls, where your customer service agents assured us again and again that the outstanding $64 we "owed" you was a billing error on your end, we have been reported to a collections agency. We have spoken to at least 4 different Frontier agents that that have repeatedly assured us that they would take care of the issue and that we did not owe any money, and still a collections agency called again today.
