How are they even in business? I had service installed 5/18, and cancelled the service a few hours later 5/18 due to the connection being extremely slow. I am still being forced to pay for the entire month for services I did not have. I've tried calling to speak a manager several times. 1st time I was on hold for 1 hour and then hung up on when someone finally picked up. 2nd time, I was on hold for 45 minutes and told a manager would call me back. I have had a problem with being disconnect from my internet but not the modem for about 6 months now. I have repeatedly called tech support, had a tech out to check the lines, etc. and the problem is still on going. It does not matter the device I connect with, all of them suffer the same problem. I called tech support once again, simply to request a new modem be sent as that is the only thing that has not been done yet. I have been trying to get my frontier internet repaired for 6 days. Supposedly, a technician fixed the problem but we never saw or talked to him. All communication was done via texts from some mysterious call center. When I twice replied N for no, my issue has not been resolved, frontier closed the ticket. I called customer service and asked to speak to a supervisor. After being on hold for 35 minutes I was told a supervisor would call. That hasn't happened.
Negative feedback for this one. They charged me $76. for a month of internet only service I never got. $9.99 for turn off on the wrong day. And very rude customer service. I am glad I do not have to deal with them ever again.
If I could give zero, I would. Their phone is no better than the old Dixie cup lines we used to play with as kids
In tryptophan disconnect services they assured me my services were disconnected and they would send me boxes to return the equipment. I questioned if this was the only way to return their equipment and they said yes. After two weeks I didn’t receive the boxes but I received a bill. I called them and told them I have a confirmation number for my services cancelled and I never received boxes to return my equipment. I wanted a simple low cost internet service. They REQUIRE pulling my credit score. My rating is 823 and I do not care to release it for such a low cost service. I have my credit reporting locked to prevent identity theft. So no @*#*ing way am I giving out my private information for a cheezy $30/month account. In the year that I had frontier TV are called and 43 times about service that didn’t work and being overcharged on my bill. Right now they’re still trying to collect $95 “in advance“ after my account was closed. And executive Rob and Pollard from frontier communications is trying to get in touch with me, and all I can say is I’ve had to check it is call me before and they’re just liars! I wish I could give this business 0 stars. I’ve been fighting them for 3 years over a service I never received. I moved into a place and it turned out I could get Frontier where I was located so the guy cancelled for me and when I called to confirm I owed nothing. A month in a half later I moved. They never tried to contact me about paying $138 for something I never received and when I disputed it they told me not to worry. That was a HUGE lie.
