I called on the "possibility" for the concern of a security issue (the concern) and I was informed I would be transferred to a supervisor and the call was put on a busy signal and then hung up. I called back and could not bypass the individual representative to a supervisor on "both" concerns the second time.

Stay away from frontier Internet they are the worst company and Internet service we have ever had. We are down more then we are working. Having to work from home and also going to college I have lost so much money because I am not able to do my classes. We stay on the phone for hours and then call gets dropped and never receive a call back even when they ask for number to return call. Frontier has 0 communication in anyway. They do not offer the opportunity of email communication, which is the only means to have a written record if you file a complaint or dispute a bill or anything. The Chat they provide has a staff which virtually does not accomplish anything but rather sounds like reading scripts. During the Covid 19 shut downs in Florida I tried to talk to them about how we can avoid late fees and so on. However, communication was impossible and clearly not wanted. I was supposed to have a new router sent To my house and it was supposed to be there at a certain day and time. It never came and they could not tell me why, if it was actually send and if it was every going to come. This does not Make sense at all for a business. If we had any other choice at all we would not use them as we pay 80 dollars a month for no service and spotty service when we do have it.

Horrible service. Unfortunately Frontier is the only internet provider available in my area, and they know it.. I moved into a new home and wanted a smooth transition with service, so I called a week prior and set a date for them to come out and transfer my service (same speed, same price) the day after we closed on our house, between 8a-12p. They wasted my whole day, and didn't show up until 3:30pm, then proceeded to tell me that the order was written up wrong and they didn't have the tools to complete the job. This was on ... read more

This company is not a customer friendly company and uses it customers. We were told we would have FIOS and the technician came to install the router then stated that it wasn't FIOS and said that the internet might not work until he fixes something at the pole. Then he went to the pole and just left. We never had internet fully working and then told them they can't fix it so cancel our subscription and still charged over $136.00!! Do not use this company!

I called Frontier to get some info for Internet only. They don’t have cable cannels anymore, because they are so bad. The deal looked good, 500 mbs for $39. But with Frontier, there is always a catch… So, I called and speak to someone at frontier, but the call was answered in the Philippines. She said yes, it’s only $39 for it. So, I asked her, what are all of the fees. She replied, I will tell you when you sign up for it first… I said, just let me know what the fess are.
