They have a collection agency coming after me for equipment that was returned. This is ridiculous.
CALLED TODAY TO SEE ABOUT WIFI EXTENDER COMPATIBILITY WITH MY UPCOMING FIBER BROADBAND SERVICES. WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT ACCESS MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY 5 DIGIT CODE WHICH I NEVER SET UP. I HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER BECAUSE I ONLY HAVE DSL INTERNET....NO PHONE. It's 8pm night time, I have a sign that says no soliciting, AND yet they still come and bug our home about getting service. Like seriously?
In the Fall of 2020, I decided switch my internet service to Frontier Communication because they had fiber optic internet. I requested service for my residence in Wylie, TX. On December 2, 2020, I lost internet service. Upon contacting Frontier, they informed me the problem had to be in my house as they had no outages. I am a cancer patient and am debilitated. Horrendous! We ordered the fiber optic package and it was supposed to be installed over a month ago. We are now at six no shows and still ongoing. I am very disappointed in this company and they should be ashamed of themselves for what they are doing to their customers.
Would like to put less stars because we had to call them over 7 times to disconnect our internet services because we were moving and each time they said it was disconnected amd gave us a disconnection code and then a month after we sent the modem back and moved out they kept sending us bills from that month and the next month. Everything has been taken care of just took alot of time and frustration.
Horrible customer service. Unwilling to resolve any issues. Constant harassing emails/text messages informing of needing to return equipment. Internet service is shoddy at best and if I could give less than a 1 star, I would. If I had any other options for internet service, I would run to them with open arms. I was charged twice within a week for my bill that I was told would take 7-10 days for it to be returned into my account. this company keeps and adding charges without any notice when a discount is applied they find another way to charge more
I wish there was a choice of o star because that is exactly what they are. A disappointing disgrace and greedy. Don't bother going with them.
