I cannot be happier that I am no longer with this company! They promised that they wouldn't charge me again after I disconnected service, hey guess what!?! I got charged again. Company forces you to sign a 2 year contract where the literal only way out is death. Service reps are flat out rude and they compared a cable bill to renting an apartment. False equvilant. Oh plus a 10 dollar disconnect fee. Need to move, no Frontier available? Too bad. COVID? Too bad. The worst.
Unethical, Bait and Switch from Chat representative to execution of quoted system
I recently closed my account with Frontier as I was moving from Florida to Germany. I spoke with the representative on the phone who assured me that I would only be billed for 2 days of the billing period (I was closing the account on June 24th and the new billing cycle started on June 22nd). She told me to ignore the next bill as it would take a billing cycle or two to see the final bill. In July, I received a bill for the entire billing period. Fraudulent charge to my credit card. On autopayment made the same charge twice in a row and then telling me I don't have to make any payments for the next couple of months. Why are these cable companies so unregulated? Bunch of crooks and thieves.
Frontier is a thieving cable company. Horrible communication with employees.

I have just ended a 2.5 hour ordeal with Frontier that started 2 months ago. By the way, it is not resolved, they are just impossible to deal with. This new wave of people in customer service that is coming to be seems to be contagious to a lot of business, including the medical profession.
