I was looking to reduce my monthly bill as much as possible and am being charged $6.99 per month for router rental/maintenance. Decided that buying my own would be best options, would pay for itself in a year or so. Found out, before I purchased one, that they charge the $6.99 whether you use their router or not. I think this should be illegal to charge for a service someone isn't using. I have tried several times to resolve an issue I am having w/Frontier over a phone bill. Back in January I cancelled by phone service which was a bundle package, January 18th I believe. Approx a week later, I noticed I still had phone service, I called Frontier and was told that my service would be cancelled the next billing cycle. They disconnected my mom's account ( she is 87 years old leaving alone) service during COVID 19 pandemic lockout without notifying that she is past due. She barely survived the stress shock warring that she wont be able to get food tomorrow being disconnected from the world. It took me a lot of efforts to get service back and now they are charging re-connection fee instead of apologies. They are going to kill people who are most vulnerable and depend on phone service to survive.

Frontier is the worst company to deliver Internet at all. DSL speed is all I can get for the past 10 years and it is most certainly not even constant. I have an old old router becase thats all that works with the snail speed. Futhermore there is no discount price for this awful service. I get charged in full the same price my friend in Ohio pays for 1 gig high speed internet. They are shutting off service of customers during the covid 19 quarantine. They said they didn't care because the bill was not paid last month that three children now can not access their school work. They want their $$ or no service! Only reason I gave a star was because it makes you. In reality I give negative 10 stars. Customer service is atrocious! The services themselves are well below par! Frontier Communications Corp. is the worst company there is please do not deal with this company they will tell you one thing then bill you for a month when you was paid up to the end of the month then you will get a bill They have sorry service phone and internet so please stay away from this I see why they are going bankrupt

I've been with Frontier for years ever since ****sold my account to them and I must say I am not happy with their service or the way they conduct business. I've been miss lead by this company for a long time and just found out they have been lying to me. I wanted internet service from them and not telephone service butnwas told I couldn't have internet without the phone. They liked about speed and pricing. Are there any good attorneys looking at this feedback? I am sooooo far on the opposite side of lawsuits, but never in our lives have my husband and I felt that there was a more deceitful company. I have declined lame class action lawsuits for silly stuff that should never happen, but THIS...THIS IS BAD! I have been paying for high speed internet and everything in my home is still lagging, a tech came out to fix the issue and the problem still exist. Its throwing money right out of the window!! I have purchased a wifi extender but nothing has changed. frontier by far is the worst carrier iv'e ever had.
