I have been trying to straighten out a bill with Frontier since December for phone/internet/dish bundle. I have spoken to multiple customer service reps who each one has given me a different answer as to why they are billing me for my dish service that I canceled on January 6th. I called in December to cancel and was told I was paid until January 9th so just make sure I cancel before that date. I moved to a new Apartment on January 1st, 2020. On January 4th, 2020 I called Frontier to disconnect my Internet FIOS service in the old apartment because I no longer wanted to pay $58 every month for a 25Mbps/25Mbps speed. The rep gave me a counter offer of $48 for 100Mbps/100Mbps to keep the business. I said no because I know newer customers were signing up for $29 for the same speed. I was without service sporadically, everyday from December 3 til February 19 in Tampa. I had 8 tech visits. I was hoping my issue was resolved. I can’t tell because today I woke up to an outage! No ETA for solution. Frontier is the absolute worst.

We have been trying to get our voice line contracted with them to work since 12/18/2019 and we are located in *********TX. They have not been able to set it up correctly and we have had service off and on. We are a dental office and our patients depend on being able to contact us or leave us messages to address their concerns, issues or schedule appointments. 4 calls so far to cancel, all unsuccessful. 4 calls in 3 weeks. Do not do business with this company, I won't again. Their customer service is terrrible. 1st call - 3 weeks before renewal, 1 hour call ends with them saying they dont prorate but cancellation is in for next bill cycle. 2nd call - 1 week before renewal to confirm everything is lined up for cancellation, Frontier states everything is good. 3rd call - Day of cancellation, credit card is autobilled and account not cancelled. They failed to show up for an appointment on Saturday. I was promised first appointment on the following Monday at 8am. It is 10am and they haven't shown up yet. Calling is an exercise in frustration as they don't have a clue what their techs are doing. Really lousy service. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

This is the worst company to deal with and I don't know how the State of California let them do business in our state. My elderly mother passed away on 1/18, and I called to terminate her service on 1/30, and they told me it would be done in a few days, then I found out in the mail they would not terminate her land line until 19 days later on 2/18. This company is either unbelievably incompetent, or they have a systematic policy of purposely mishandling situations in order to explore every possible way to collect extra money. I moved to a new home the first week of November. I attempted to transfer my internet service. First call they were unable to access their system, I was told to call back. Second call they took all of my information and initiated the transfer. Days later they called back and said that they were unable to provide service for us at the new location.... read more

I have been trying go online pay my monthly bill, its not working, then i can to let them but they want to charge me more, then try to charge me a service fee for work not done $80 plus my new balance of $75 when it was $55, then they hang up on me 3 times just today, even there supervisor. i will be notifing FCC.
