Is there not a negative star option??? Frontier is HORRIBLE! My TV service is not working properly, my internet is slow despite having purchased their top speeds and I've been on the phone with them for over 20 minutes because now my account is not "authenticated" despite the fact that I've been paying their bills for over 3 months and still have active service. They need to be bought out or shut down!
Company is a complete SCAM! The continuously add late charges to my account even though im paying on my EXACT due date. They aren't taking my payment until the 4 days later so they can charge me the fee. I have every single email of receipts and they still deny it and say that their charges are legitimate. Going with a new company in the AM and cannot WAIT to be done with these hacks!
I went online to see if our address can get their internet service as they are almost half the price of *******. Their website said I was able to get 500/500mbp internet speed. Instead of finishing the order online I decided to call and make sure that we were able to get Internet because the year before they told me that “the parking lot was full”. On January 13, my husband set up an internet install at the home we'd just purchased, and the install date was January 17 between 1 and 5 pm. My husband took the day off to be there when they arrived. No one showed, and when he called about it, they told him the address had been marked as "suspicious." They charge lots of hidden fees which is not shown on advertisement, as known as Fraud. Worst customer support I have ever experienced.
I was on the phone with Frontier today for over a hour and a half. Next thing I know I get a text message saying I have a low balance. FRONTIER COMMUNICATION CHARGED MY CARD OVER 9 TIMES IN A ROW FOR $76 THATS OVER $600. BEEN ON THE PHONE ALL DAY WITH FRONTIER NO LUCK RETUNING MY $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
Impossible to contact and talk to a person and most difficult to pay the bill on line and they charge a service fee when you do
They add extra charges without you knowing. (Fraud). When calling billing have at least an hour.
