This company is absolutely, hands down, the most incompetent, brain-dead group of clowns I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Their customer service is complete crap and they have made NUMEROUS billing mistakes that have taken hours to rectify in the years since they took over the service in my area. The worst co I ever did business with. I had 2 accounts at different locations. I closed one acc and overpaid it over the phone. I called frontier and they gave me a credit of $98 that I over paid. on my other acc. 4 months later I received a notice from the credit beauro that frontier is claiming I owe them $52. I did not receive a bill or a notice until I got this notice. I call their collection agency and told them that the bill was paid and that I received a$ 98 credit for over payment. I cannot even begin to describe how much I despise this company. $45 a month for 5mbps up and 1mbps down just because they are one of the only providers in the rural area. Latency / ping is regularly between 100-500 mbps so you might as well forget reliable streaming, gaming, or quickly loading internet pages. Most of the time our speeds are also half of the advertised price. Customer service for this company is the biggest joke though. Their customer service is closed but I can't find the hours of operation on their website. I've called and been disconnected 4 different times. I finally called sales because sales is still open.... of course but they didn't know the customer support hours either. Frontier communication is horrible but its got a monopoly in my area as the only internet provider available. This is wrong.
FrontierTV, Fios is absolutely the worst company.... There customer service is incompetent at best. I have been charged repeatedly for services never received. When I call to fix issues your met with attitude and operators who act like there’s anything they would rather be doing then assisting a customer.
they are without a doubt the co. to deal with waited 10 days for a return call over a credit and was told i have to have another wait and would still not be issued a credit on internet service a/c they never put a ticket in and my tuff luck have had upto 5 emails acts. at one time and still could not login to pay a bill plus they change the email system and was hacked the next day and in order to write this i have to give a star rating which they do not qualify for
I called in October to cancel my account because I was switching to ********. On that occasion, Retention Specialist Brian G**** in ******* Washington convinced me to put my account on vacation in case things didn’t work out. I only agreed to it because he said he would waive the Vacationing fee. Frontier Communications internet service is slow, unreliable as is their customer service. We canceled our service with Frontier on Oct 13th. They then have since charged my account twice, once in an auto payment I had canceled before canceling my internet service and another where they billed me and I thought I was paying the last bill. I now have $92.00 in over payment they have held since my canceling on Oct 18, 2019. They now tell me it will be sent in March of 2020. I started my internet service with Frontier over a year ago. My internet worked for 3 days and stopped working. It was impossible to reach anyone. I finally reached someone 6 months later and was told a new router would be sent. I never received one. Just received a call from collections for my balance. I refuse to pay for a service that does not work. They can see from my records that I have not used any data but refuse to fix the issue.
