Worst customer service. Their products dsl doesn't work. Now they need 10 days to send a technician to fix a dsl line. Same line they fixed a month ago. I am out of internet for 10 days. We have a home business

I've used Frontier for about 3-4 years and can tell you that they offer nothing but headaches and lies. Always on the phone with persistent outages. Then they raised my rates to 50$ a month before my contract was even up. I canceled my service and the gentlemen only told me I would be charged only if I didn't return the equipment. A few weeks later I got hit with a cancellation fee for $91.00 even though I asked if this would happen. I attempted to cancel my service and I was penalized $1,500. Frontier never disclosed this to me. When I called them, they were aloof and indifferent about fining me that much for canceling subaverage services.

I would rather buy internet from Russia than this company. But Russia doesn't offer internet in my area and Frontier is the only ones that do... we have been waiting for 3 months for internet and still dont have internet and appointments get rescheduled every time and put off for a week at a time. Terrible customer service and I have missed atleast 3 days of work so far, and no techs have showed up yet. Sorry excuse for customer service.

Bullcrap service. Have had internet for only 1 hour a day if that. Not to mention its mot even an hour all together. Call tech support nothing they can do but send a tech to the house. Tech comes nothing they can do its an outage. Call to get my bill fixed since i have no services and they say they cant fix the issue with my bill until the issue with the internet is resolved. I have had Frontier for Internet for about 4 Months my current internet speed is 25 mbps. They are Charging $44.95 per month. I call to try to cancel my service to go with *** ( $59.99 per month for 150 mbps). I did not have anything against them, but they couldn't offer what I needed. I speak with 2-3 people within the 1st 10 minutes or so of calling. they obviously want me to stay, they didn't have the ability to cancel my service and had to transfer me to another department..... The copper land line phone stopped working. After I determined the problem was not in my home, the service tech failed to show twice and then when he came it was not at the assigned time. Fortunately I was home. I had to call back to have the work completed and again the tech did not come at the assigned time. I was then billed to add in home line protection which I did not order. They are bad. They did not show up for appointment as promised 5 different times. All they would say is we are sorry and I ended up having to reschedule another appointment for 3 weeks later. Because of this my inlaws will be waiting a total of almost 2 months just to get their original phone number changed to their new address. I am leaving 1 star just because I have to. They do not deserve it!!! ***** **

We scheduled a new installation for internet service. The technician did not show up at the scheduled time. When I called customer service, I was disconnected several times and finally placed on hold for more than two hours. This company has unacceptable customer service. I called today to cancel the service that was never installed, but they immediately placed me on hold and left me there.
