Really it should be zero stars! Frontier communications operating systems and call centers are a joke! Between leaving us out of service for a month due to lack of technicians (which just speaks to the quality of their business) the the customer service and billing department that left me on hold for over an hour just to send me to voicemail and then have a full voicemail box , no wonder the woman from billing snarked when she sent me to her “supervisor” knowing she wouldn’t answer. They don't even deserve a star. We are a business that relies on the internet being up and running in order to serve our customers. I have literally been on the internet chat (thru a hotspot) with them since 1:23 pm today and it is now 4:22pm and still have not gotten anything resolved. I have been transferred to 5 different people now and am waiting to be connected to my 6th. Our internet went down late morning and I am getting nothing but a run-around. I called Frontier on 9/13/2019 to see if we qualify for high speed in our area. The customer service rep. Romona said that we could get 70 mbs download speed. So I setup an appt, for 9/242019 between 8 am - 12pm. On 9/23/2019 I got a postcard in the mail form Frontier stating that they had tried contacting me. So I called customer service right away. I was told that we can only get 12 mbs speed because thats what the person before us had and that we had to get accumulated to our house first. What!!?? It didnt make sense. So ... read more

Really no services at all. Canceled my installation on Sat without any call or any notice. Rescheduled again on Tuesday, take 1 day off to stay home to wait for the installation, well, no one showed up again, called multiple times to try to check the statues. no one, no one really helped to answer why the technician not coming, and what time will come....... I won't suggest you do any business with Frontier Communication company, unless you have plenty of time to waste.

I have their service and a technician needs to come out to fix something. I was told by 2 people that since the technician was coming out anyway they would be able to wave the upgrade fee and I would only have to pay the difference in the monthly cost of the service for more bandwidth. I then was disconnected. When I call back and spoke with 3 different people they are unwilling to offer this again and refuse to hold to their promise. Absolute WORST Business I have ever dealt with in my long life. They are Thieve's and liar's and not to be trusted with Auto Pay Or anything at all. Ditto to all the other review's here. I have experienced it all and am also amazed at how a business like this can continue.

They do not provide the service they say at all internet speeds are awful and when you call and complain they just try to swindle you into a "better package" never resolving the issue. I was a 4 year customer. thank god I finally moved to a place where I could get another provider. Frointer disconnected my internet for nk reason then turned around and said that I asked for it to be disconnected, im a pretty mellow person so when i tried to get it turned back on I was told i had to pay an early termination fee to have it turned back on of course i saw this to be bs but took the path of least resistance because my family wanted the internet on as soon as possible.... i was told September 11th that my internet would be up in 24 hours September 13th came around still no interent incalled again in one day t... read more

I asked for a service to be discontinued. They continued to bill me for it for 11 months. An error on their part as they said they did not fully disconnect. They first said they could only finish the billing part of the disconnect and not refund me and that decision was final and could not be readdressed. I filed a complaint with the fcc complaiing that they disconnected the service 11 months prior but continued to bill for it Frontier contacted me today.
