At a complete loss with this company. A year and a half ago we had our first service call to set up internet service. The tech came out and set everything up and told us that the only thing left to do was to have our electrician pull a wire from the interior of our house to the exterior of the house. Once that was done, we could call back and have our service started. A week later the electrician pulled the wire and we called back. Actually minus 10 stars. Charged an early termination fee. Had paid July bill twice, just to be fair. Internet and land line out five days. Put me on hold for two hours Went through all hoops —unplug Put a pen in back of modem to reset left me on hold two hours. Hung up on me. I called back next person said they were sorry. Sent me through same exercise only to say need to send tech out. I switched and now they want an 89 early termination fee. Called so many times last straw. I was with Frontier FIOS service from 2017 to 2019 with 2 years contract for triple bundle service. The service is OK, In two years, I have to call technical service around 10 times and re-boot router almost weekly. That is great but I am under contract, so no choice. I used ******* FIOS before and it is definitely a lot better before Frontier took over. My contract ends June 15, 2019. Increase of bill without any prior notice, no one there can tell me why. Services drops multiple times from 8:30PM to well after Midnight every day of the week. This has been going on for over a year without any fixes, their tech has been out many times and can find nothing wrong.

We recently received a letter from Frontier stating that our plan provides us with 3.0 Mbps and our download provisional service is 3.712 Mbps. THIS IS pure hogwash!! ****** have an app that determines our Internet speed and it is showing between 384 to 830Kbps, not even a full Mbps! We live in the outskirts of Bloomfield less than 3 minutes from the town proper. The hub for Frontier is within our property line and we have this **** poor service! The worst excuse for customer service in the last 31 days we have been out of service 27 of them. 3 missed appointments...not a good company any more.o

The only times I have had positive interactions with Frontier it has preceded them majorly screwing up my account. I think to myself, wow that was so easy. Then a few days later I experience thing such as: my service being disconnected six days early, my billing being incorrect, autopay being disabled.... And it often takes hours of my time over multiple days to get the problems resolved because whoever "helps" me just makes the problem worse. I wish I could give zero stars, I have never dealt with such an incompetent compan... read more

This company should be reported to the FCC or whatever agency controls their business license to operate anywhere in the US. They are liars and cheats their customer service people are trained to sound sympathetic, empathetic and offer anything but resolution to your problem. I had phone service for 14 years with these people and when it was terminated due to the death of my girlfriend and I had it put in my name (cost me 92$ plus pay off old bill 65$) I am supposed to have digital long distance (goes with the phone service)... read more

We were forced to choose Frontier as our carrier in April 2019 because the complex we moved into won’t allow another company. We wanted ******** because of the quality of their service and great customer service we had with them. We didn’t know the restriction until we sere signing the lease here that we had no choice.
