Frontier upgraded my phone service without my knowledge or permission!!! Did they think I wouldn't notice???
I have Frontier Communications for internet service only because there is no other service provider where I live. The internet service costs me $49 a month for the slowest internet connection and the service is so intermittent that in a 24 hour period we lose service at least 6 hours per day. they will lie to you. about fees and prices. terrible costumer service I canceled my services on oct. 28 they withdraw 38.89 on oct 29 for Nov. and send me a bill for 9.99 for disconnect fees. in Nov. 13 not a good company to deal with
Without a doubt, the WORST of all ISP/VOIP/TV services - and that's saying a lot!! We were stuck with Frontier after they bought ******* FIOS and after a while we left along with everyone else. I called Frontier to inquire about of their packages that they have advertised on their internet site. I just wanted to find out how much the instillation fee and set-up fee would be. They told me they would have to run a credit report before they could tell me the set-up fee. I spoke with a manager, John, who was not pleasant and could not tell me the cost. This company has horrible customer service. They’ve been charging me a no list fee for a phone number that I never requested or authorized. This fee has gone from $4.25 to $6 in the past year and since I never requested to have my number not listed I never thought to check to see if I was being charged and according to a supervisor named Jason they can’t offer a refund of any kind. I had a simple request to activate the phone number because I was instructed to by another phone company so I may have this number as my contact number. I reached out to Frontier and spoke to a representive and was informed that it would be a twenty something charge with taxes since the number is not going to be actively used with Frontier. (I guess I should of gotten that in writing). I was told it was just a paper formality. The phone number was activated only on paper. Frontier is awful and their customer service is terrible. I cancelled my account with them on 9/28/19 and now they are trying to bill me for service from 9/29/19-10/28/19. I have called multiple times and been given different information every time. I can't get a supervisor to call me back and I when I call and ask to speak to a super visor they say it could take up to 48 hours for someone to call me back. If zero stars were an option that is what I would give them.
Frontier is possibly the worst company I have ever had dealings with. Their customer service is a complete joke if you can even get to speak with an actual person. Expect at least three hours for any phone call to them and feel lucky if you reach a representative that speaks English that is understandable.
