DSL Internet is great when it works. I work from home with various Video meetings and depend on constant connection. For the two months everything with Frontier was great. Now every day or every other day I get disconnected from the internet and have to reboot the modem. Frontier needs to fix their modems or their servers. Do not recommend if you need a constant connection. It will fail and you'll have to reboot your modem. When you call in Tech support, they have you press the reset button on the back. I ordered Frontier Internet, once I received it I did the self install. I had the internet for a total of 4 days and decided to cancel due to the internet constantly cutting out and not working properly. This was after multiple calls to Tech Support, and them claiming they had fixed the issue. When I called to cancel I asked if I could have a refund, because I had only had it for 4 days and had nothing but issues. Frontier actually does not deserve a star at all. That is just how horrible they are. I have always had semi slow internet speed & phone, but it worked. We could rent a movie & let it play all the way thru, play games or surf the web without a problem. Then they supposedly did upgrades to better our service. OMGosh it is worse. Most of the time I have no internet & when I do the connection is so slow I can not connect up to even a page on the web. I cancelled by internet through Frontier about three months ago. They continue to bill me. I've called customer service three times now, and they tell me I won't get anymore bills, but I just got another bill emailed to me. When I did call customer service, twice I could hear cussing and loud music in the background when I was on the phone with them. This company is terrible. I live in Southeastern Ohio area. Frontier supplied my TV and Wi-Fi, and charged my credit card monthly. 6/12/19 i advised Frontier that I was moving on 7/8/19, gave them my new address and asked that my service be stopped on 7/7/19. I asked them to bill me for those 7 days. My service ended on 7/7/19. On 7/20/19 Frontier billed my credit card for the total month, $90.40. When I checked my credit card in August i called Frontier. I was told that it would take 90 days to process a refund, they could not credit my card, but would issue a Debit card for the $64... read more

Frontier is a sham. Ever since they took over ******* in my area of SoCal, it’s crappy internet. Their so-called “Tech Support” is in some other country that flat out lies to the customer. I had the cable that connects to my house fall down in the street and disconnect. It took 3 phone calls and 3 phony work tickets and still no repair. Forget talking to their phony tech people. No service. No help. On hold for 43 minutes. I couldn't even cancel my service unless I was willing to wait on hold for 30 minutes..unbelievable...

After my husband passed away, I have been trying to downgrade my TV for 3 months now. I donot watch TV, just need internet. The service representatives omit information and then next time you call, because the bill is still outrageously high, they tell you that you should of done this and that, well, how did I suppose to know, if you did not tell me. Frontier does not honor the fees they quote for service I was sent a service order and a quote that I read and took a phot of the quote. After receiving my bill it was not what I was quoted. Mysteriously the email quote change not updated but changed. How is that possible that they can change a opened email. They are CORRUPT
