Horrible service, horrible people. I have been on & off hold for over 4 hours today, just to end up being hung up on. They have proof on the recorded line that I was never told about the $75 installation charge, then say "sorry but you have to pay it"! Then this month "accidently" charged me $100.00 instaed of $10.00 to rent modem!

Caught one of their employees peeing at the side of his truck in our neighborhood right out in public on a very busy corner. He was an older man and I know he knew better. I tried to report it to the company and they said I had to use online chat but when I reported it, the guy said he couldn't do anything. He suggested I call the police. I got the truck's license plate number and have reported that as well. No wonder they are an F rating!

I've worked in customer service for over 30 years, from retail, hospitality, now real estate. And in every job I've learned that at times its necessary to adapt to what's happening around you. If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would. I have never had a good experience with Frontier. Calling them is a nightmare. Wait times are impossible and staff is poorly trained. This business should be fined or penalized for extreme stupidity and neglect.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in a relatively long life. 45 minutes on an on-line customer service chat. That's after trying to navigate and wait out the phone menu tree. Scheduled a tech to come to the house withing a 4-hour window. Never confirmed. Never showed. Another 20 minutes on the phone and the guy finds the work order shows compltete. Tried to reschedule, Had to wait 45 minutes for a call back. That episode took 10 more minutes We'll see they show this time. This company has horrible customoer comm... read more

Frontier is the ONLY internet option available in my rural area. They refuse to fix the 60 year old phone cable running from the road to my home. The internet drops 100's of times per day, 5 techs have came to fix the problem they all acknowledge the lines are bad but they just keep replacing the router. I only get 4-5 MB speeds and I am willing to pay much more to get 50 MB speed. I am willing to pay for for fiber but they refuse to run fiber cable to my rural area. I had better Internet 15 years ago than I do now.

Subscribed for DSL internet service from frontier for their sticker price of $32/mo. Well, the actual bill came to $69, after all bogus fees I never heard (not only for the first month but as a regular amount). Called customer service, the lady suggested if I didn't like the bill I could discontinue the service. I asked about the termination fee and she reassured there was none. I had internet with Frontier for about a year and I didn't have a contract with them or anything anyway,when I cancelled my internet which I canceled it in November and they still charged me for December and January. I called Frontier to figure out why I was charged for two months out after I canceled my internet. The guy I talked to was very rude talked and kept calling me a b****. I called and inquired about cancelling my upcoming Spring Break flights for March 31 travel date. I was told I would have to pay a 120 cancellation fee per ticket... I was not going to be refunded any money, or given a credit to use on future tickets. I tried to explain to the gentlemen that my child has a weakened immune system and me traveling with him could be detrimental and the gentlemen then refused to work with me at all.
