Literally the least professional business I've encountered. This company scheduled me for my installation one month before it occurred. And then I called 2 times prior to my appointment time confirming my own appointment. After they confirmed the appointment both times, I waited my entire 4 hour window for no one to show up. My husband and I used Frontier for over 2 years. We paid our bill even through the pandemic. We moved in May 2021 to a new address, tried transferring service but Frontier has minimal internet service at our new place, so we had to switch to **** *****. They continued to bill us and when confronted they would not adjust our bill. They said they could not tell how much internet was used during the time we said we had left (which was none). I wish I could give them less than one star this company is the worst not only do they not deliver as promised service but when you contact them they make it very hard to do anything, It took me 5 phone calls and 4+ hours on the phone just to cancell my service then they charged me to cancell wich I have to wait a month to pay because they are not capable of updating the bill. They had engineers out installing their service in our neighborhood and during the process of them digging up our yard they cut the cord on our current internet provider..we never gave permission for them to install or dig anything in our yard and they are now causing us to be without internet and I don't even have their service!!! It is very unacceptable and they will never get my business now!
Frontier was recommended to me for the rural area that I had just moved to. I called them to get internet service hooked up. The person on the phone that I first called tried to put TV phone and internet in my house despite that all I wanted was internet. After finally getting through that I got my internet ready to be hooked up. It took them just over 3 weeks as my install date. Unbelievably condescending and downright dishonest customer service. BUYER BEWARE: if you insist on an earlier appointment, they will simply tell you that you are "part of an outage" and they are working on it. This is false and is part of their training to ensure that you can take no recourse.
I’m not even a customer but this is not the way you conduct business. Came home just to find out that frontier technicians had decided to jump over my fence earlier and trespass onto my property. When confronted they lied about it and said they were given permission, they didn’t realize I had cameras and have it recorded. No one gave them permission. Called customer service and didn’t receive a call back. Wish I could give no stars and would NEVER use this business.
Worst business to ever deal with... I started services with frontier early Aug of 2021 have had there services less than a month and have been calling them for repairs more than I have used there services. When there services was installed into my home the internet wasn't even working the technician told me that I will just have to watch the modem and left. Zero stars! My appointment was scheduled for the 8-12pm range, I finally had someone show up around 330pm on a Wednesday August 25th. The next day Thursday August 26th morning with some slight rain my service went out. It continues to be out Sunday August 29th and we have called 2 times. No tech is able to assist until Friday September 3rd. So I am supposed to be without internet for a whole week, but I am obviously obligated to pay for the bill. This is absolutely Crazy!
