If I could give less than 1 star I would. Over the past 30 days we have been without Internet service at least 3 days without any explanation and no ETA of a fix provided. While that may not seem like much to some, many people now work remotely as well as home school. This makes providing reliable internet a critical service. I lost my internet service April 26th. I called April 27th and was given a repair ticket for May 12. I explained my husband uses the internet to communicate with his doctor and we could not wait that long. I was told they would relay my message to the dispatchers to move the repair appointment up due to medical reasons and they would call me back. I have called them 4 times. They do not call me back. I have had frontier now for less than 90 days; I have dropped Internet service every day sometimes multiple times a day this whole week, and from the very beginning of my service. I’ve been without Internet service and I am a college student; if I can’t do my work from home then I will fail. I can even give them one star. I was told between 12:00 and 7:00 and showed up at 10:00 when we were not home, so we could not view the process of checking the voltage on the line. Left a long note, next day had a security company did the same test on the line and was comply different. I have videos and photos showing the reading. We have gone back and forth over four times, same thing nothing to see here!
We have been using Frontier for two years and have complained multiple times to the business about the lack in our internet service. We’ve been told on multiple occasions that there isn’t any issues with our internet service . We’ve had multiple technicians show up that tell us our residence has the best internet signal in our area however we have little to no internet. Everytime there is a residential outage (which seems to happen often with this company) our internet never comes back in working order. I then have to prepare myself for what I know is going to be hours of my time wasted speaking to incompetent techs that I can never understand. Absolutely horrible company and service. I've had Frontier internet for a few years and it's always been nothing but problems. In the last few months it's gotten worse. I tested my internet speed and was receiving 1/10 of what I pay for. I was paying for 1 Gig service and was receiving less that 100 mbps. And that was testing their hardware directly. Their tech came out and was able to get it to around 200 mbps which is still way under what I paid for and less than a week later it was back to under 100. So I got a new provid... read more
Original date of order for land line service... new residence... no lines had ever been to this area was very much explained paid over 480$ to do this process!! Sent a tech to do serv with out contractors running any lines at all!!! Cant do service duhhhh!!! My WiFi has been going out multiple times daily for the last 4 weeks. This morning between 8:30 am and 9:30 am it went out 4 times. It is only off for a very short time like 1 to 3 minutes. When I call into the service line I get a recording telling me: "We know there is a problem in your area with intermittent internet service. We have technicians working on it.
