Frontier service is the absolute worst to it's elderly clients. After 2 previous increases they have for a 3rd time increase the bill by an additional $2.99 for receiving a monthly paper bill. This is especially frustrating because most seniors aren't knowledgeable of how to navigate the online method of payment. Frontier is the only internet/phone provider in my area. I have to have a land line because there is no cell service despite being six miles from an interstate and on a major intersection. I have now placed a work order three times so far this year. They have failed to come for four of the appointments that they scheduled. No communication from them, just an apology that is a textbook answer after I call to see where they are. The last time they fixed it was two weeks ago and it worked for three days. Frontier communications has been charging me for services that I did not sign up for. Sending bills non-stop to my home address. I contacted their support team a total of 7 times over a period of 6 months. Each time I am told the problem is being resolved yata yata and the charges will be removed. Each time I've been told a "case manager" would reach out to me the following day. I have never received a call back from Frontier. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS They no-call no-showed to not one, not two, not even three but FOUR scheduled appointments!!!! Took a day off work in order to wait on them for the original appt from 8-12 and not only did no one show up but no one even communicated that they weren’t showing up! I get that things happen but not communicating with your customers is just unacceptable. Frontier Communications should never still be in business. Our bill has been $297 roughly per month with 4 land lines coming into our business. In the last 3-4 months the line was down most of the time. We would call in and they would send tech out and fix it. 1-2 days later service would be down agian. About 4 service calls later the Tec told us that the system is just faulty and they can't fix it any longer. We called in and requested a refund for those months lost and they will only re-emburse for the time the call ticket... read more

Frontier communications corp charges us $65.00 a month for inadequate and ever in need of repair telephone service. Our home telephones work rarely if at all and even when they do we encounter loud buzzing on every call. Have been told many times that it’s due to “trunk line problems” but it is NEVER corrected. We live rurally and cell phone service is not always available depending on our location and or weather We abhor being continuously charged for inadequate and spotty service.

They have the worse service. They charge to much and when you call them right when they open, there is a two hour wait which is unreasonable. I cancelled my service due to moving out of state and they refused to prorate the month. Then they charged me for an additional month which they claim was for the previous month. I don't believe them. When I signed up for the service, I also signed up for ****** ** ******and wasn't told that I had to have the service for two years and I would have to pay for the boxes either way. Twenty-five year customer. Never, never and I mean never go with Frontier!!! I cannot emphasize this enough. On 4/14/22 we paid ahead for the 4/25 - 5/24 service. On 4/21 we decided to go with ********, but it would take up to 60 days to hook us up. On 4/22 frontier shut off our phone and internet and some television service. No notice, no warning, nothing....
