I signed up for Fiber internet. Three months later, 2gig was available, so I signed up, then got hit with an early disconnect fee for early contract termination. I returned the Aero equipment, and Frontier charged me twice for non-returned equipment. After many calls, I resolved this. Now fiber is out, and it will take a month before a tech can come to my house to fix this issue. You can bet Frontier is still charging me for service even though they are not providing internet.

This company does NOT disclose the fact that if you discontinue services with them mid way through the month that they will charge you for the whole month as they do not do prorated bill cycles, also on top of that they kept 2 weeks of money from me that I did not have active service, they send me another bill for what they call a disconnect bill after they kept my money and didn't give me service. Frontier Communications for internet and phone service is the worse. I have spoken to many representatives and have had two technicians come out to "provide service and nothing has been done. The issue is that my husband(deceased) had an account with them and when my daughter moved in we were told the best action would be for her to take over the account which we did. When my daughter moved out we called again and were advised by a representative that we should close this account and open one under my name to receive better ... read more

This is the worst Company I have ever dealt with. Their equipment is degrading away to nothing and they only desire to raise your prices. They don't care about their customers one bit. The only reason that I have service with them is because there is no else in our area.

Worst company to do business with. I have been trying to get their service for two months and after four installation appointments, no one ever showed up. Worst part of this whole situation is that they requested my Social Security number to do a credit check. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Extremely disappointing - I ordered fiber internet 6 weeks ago, and for 6 weeks no one did anything, I still don't have any service from them - yet they took my credit card for "automatic billing" on the day I placed my order. I called them 20 times during the 6 weeks period, each time I have to wait for 10-15 min on the call to check my order status and I'm getting really tired of that. I had my service with frontier for 2 years and in those 2 years I’ve had to go without my internet several times for several days in a row. I moved and wanted to cancel my service. I called and after waiting over an hour, I was finally able to speak with someone and canceled my service so I wouldn’t get billed for the new cycle in a couple of weeks. If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service is terrible don't even get me started on Serena W***** who is apparently the only person we can talk to about issues and she doesn't want to help saying "viewing the numbers would be too difficult". I work for a company that had multiple lines with Frontier we had to disconnect all of them due to a new program we got and gave the address that all lines were connected to and requested that all be disconnected 3 months ago.
