Horrible internet service and customer service. Internet is very spotty and constantly told it's because there's too much internet traffic in my area, yet Frontier Communications never does anything to fix it. I am 1000% not pleased by Frontier as a whole. I have had a horrible experience with customer service. I have had multiple times that i have missed work. The loss of money, time, even breath was such a waste! I inquired for internet on November 5th and spoke to a representative who scheduled me to have internet installed on November 30th. I waited and waited and was rescheduled times from 1-5pm to 7pm and then eventually they cancelled on me. I have had several accounts with frontier and in all of them there is always a delay with the installation, this last time they lied to me several times, including a technician who never show up for the appt this was what happened I call on 12/1/2022 for a new service I am given an appt for 8 days later more than a week and i work from home as a manager but it was nothing that i could do so i agree it turns out that the technician says that he could not access the property, property that does not have fences or any type of g... read more
internet service outage down for three days. They finally send a technician and everyone in the area was fixed but mine. Now they say it will be 3 weeks before they send a technician out again. Horrible customer service. If only I had a choice of another internet service provider I would drop them. Don’t use Frontier internet if you can avoid them. They don’t care about their customers.
Does nothing for a customer 5hat calls for help . Makes customer prepay for service and does not credit for service not provided. If you want a credit good luck. I was promised multiple times that I would be credited for all the days I was without service, has not happened. If a person did this it would be called theft. How frontier can get away with this I cannot understand. Look up how many times an "AG" has made a case against them and how much they have paid "without admitting wrong" what a joke.
Frontier is literally the worst public utility provider in the us. We pay for 100% and if we’re lucky we may get 25 to 30% of the service we pay for. I’ve called and made numerous complaints and all we ever get is okay sir thank you for your input. They send someone out which usually takes up to three weeks and when they do show up nothing changes. I’d love to see this company go bankrupt or get bought out by spectrum
Let's just start by saying I'm disappointed in a company I thought was making strides in there service both physically and towards their customers. That's is not the case. They put a charge of 4.80 every month claiming its snail mail charge! so, I sign up for no snail mail and they continue to charge me a 4.80 fee described as a LATE FEE before the due date!!! Then, they also say they're giving me a credit for 6 months for the past snail mail that I never get credited and say they're giving me a credit of 3.00 savings until feb 2023 meaning theyre going to charge me another 3.00 per month come february? when I ask about the pre late fee they suddenly have no operators available. the worst bill... read more
I wish they had negative numbers because I would give them a minus 100 for customer service. How is this company allowed to run business like they do. Have been trying to get my Mom’s phone number moved since the end of October and it is now the beginning of December and it has not happened yet. 7 phone calls in the last two days, a no show by the technician and all they can say is that they are sorry for the inconvenience.?? Run for your life and pick another internet provider.
