This company is repeatedly attempting to sell their service by going door-to-door in my elderly parents’ neighborhood. Tonight they were ringing the doorbell at 8:00 pm. This is inappropriate and unnecessary. Within the last two weeks, this is the 5th time they have come to the door. Please stop, we do not want to switch to your service, even more so now.

Been without internet for 5 days. The No-showed the appointment today and “rescheduled” for 12/16- over two weeks from now. How can a business expect to keep customers. I’m forced to leave them.

Same story others have already reported. Internet service went out in our area on November 4. Several calls have been made and they will not send a tech out until at least December 5. They are stating there is not an outage in our area despite that we only have the Internet for a few minutes here and there - can't even load an Amazon wishlist before it drops again. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Our internet has been out for over a week, so I called then because I gave them some time seeing this started happening after a snow storm to fix the issue. I called and a technician promised me a overnighted new router. Well that was a lie because I never received it. So the next day I call and again no one is willing to help me I finally got a lady to promise me a technician on a Monday morning which also turned out to be a lie. Frontier dug under our driveway to install their lines and compromised the base under driveway causing it to sink. Because we now have a “wave” in our 2 year old driveway and a huge puddle at the end of driveway after any rain storm which we never had prior to their digging under driveway! Also now it’s a serious hazard because it doesn’t drain and freezes causing a serious hazard for a fall! Terrible company. Terrible service and terrible customer service. Internet has been out 2 months. Called and they said a technician would come. He didn’t. Called back and they said there was outage in the area. Called back later and they said outage fixed. Still had no service. Said they would send a tech. No show. Called back and they said they had no way to contact the tech. This is a terribly run company

I'd give it less if possible. Thieves! This company is awful. I canceled my account in September because I was moving due to cancer treatments. I disconnected the receiver on October 1 and had surgery on October 5 for CANCER!!! The company charged me almost $50 for 5 days of non-service and an additional $10 when they don't even provide service at my new location. I contacted them twice. They must be insane to think it is ok to con sick people who are being treated for a disease such as cancer and on radiation therapy. Pure ... read more

My bill just more than doubled! Nothing has changed! My base price is $31 a month for home phone service and this months bill was $86.35! No notice, no excuse, no reason! Monday i will call and see what they have to say.. but after years of service this WILL be the last payment they ever get from me! If you have another choice choose them and NOT Frontier!!!
