Have a line down in my yard for over 1 week ,have called 5 times No has come to put the line back up. I’m a senior and have to walk over the line to get to the garage. The customer service is awful!,do not use frontier phone service. They do not have help to maintain there business!,

Customer Service is horrible and internet service is very poor. The equipment for service in the area is old and has not been upgraded in over 5 years.

I would never recommend any one getting this internet service. Had an appointment for a technician because my internets not working one week later my appointment dates here tech never showed called to see why and the customer service representative Carlos made up some lie the issue was resolved so the tech closed out the ticket which is weird when the tech never showed to confirm if the issue we’re having is fixed in the first place! Call to purchase service 12-29-22 and got an appointment for 1-17-23 between 8-12. At 11:50 I called to see where the tech was. After a 1 hour phone call and multiple times on hold I was informed my appointment was changed to 2-8-23 without any notification considering I checked the night before and everything was on schedule. Then after another 15 minutes on hold I was informed that there was not even lines for me to even get hooked up. I had an account with frontier I closed satisfactory the account. I return my modem and 8 month later I got 200 dollars on collections because they never supposedly get the modem this is predatory practice the should make a phone call to let me know.now I have a collection account that isn’t my fault. I hope businesses like that can be accountable for this fraudulent practices

I bundled with Frontier and ***********. After several issues that had me on the phone many times of them pointing fingers at each other, I decided to cancel my bundle. It wasn't worth the $5 discount. I was on a 3-way phone call between Frontier, *********** and myself. Each had to do the de-bundle separately. Sounds like Frontier uses their cust. service overseas, so it took a while due to communication issues. *********** took care of their end right away. *********** told me how much I would owe them. I would honestly give 0 stars if possible. For the past few months it is impossible to pay the bill online or in the app. The customer service department is pathetic!!! No help what so ever! The actual service is as bad as it could possibly be. The phone line constantly goes out. The internet is never stable! This company needs to just disappear! I never leave complaints, but this is the worst, most incompetent company we’ve ever dealt with. Hours and hours on the phone with reps to get our service fixed. (It was never fixed even after visits from their techs). I lost hours from my work. We then cancelled our account and went with another provider. Continued to receive Frontier bills for months even after we cancelled. Then a tech came out months after the problem and after the service was cancelled. No idea that we were no longer customers. LIARS! I called in March ‘22 and was told I could get fiber optic and they were going to let me have a 6 month trial at 59.99 (+ taxes and fees). I wasn’t impressed with the service so I called and canceled the beginning of Nov ‘22. I spoke w/Flynn. I received the return box w/UPS shipping label. I immediately sent it back. I called again and spoke w/ Maureen L****** about getting my bill prorated and she said that she would send me a prepaid Visa card for $30. I said okay but never received it.
