I have never had to deal with a company with this poor of customer service. There automated phone system will not let you talk to a real person unless you ask to cancel your service. When you finally get someone on the line, they cant help you or tell you something exactly opposite of what they said last time. No wonder Frontier is not BBB accredited, and has an F rating. They keep sending me bills after I have already paid the final bill and received a confirmation of no balance from supervisor Rhonda on 4/17/23. I received another statement dated May 8, 2023. Frontier is terrible, and I really hope they are shut down soon. This company is F rated and providing horrible customer service.
We have been attempting to get our line buried since we switched services to frontier. We started service in late November when lines could still be buried but here we are at the end of May and my line is still across my sidewalk as a safety risk and not buried. I have had several tickets made and all I get is yeah your line needs to be buried by techs that show up if they even do. Most of my tickets showed service was completed and no one ever shows up. Terrible do not choose Frontier Internet service. I started service on May 11th. May 13th my service went down. 2 days. I called there 866 number on the phone for 90 minutes. First service call for technician is June 1st. I called and got a supervisor May ID#***. She stated. Managers do not take customer calls customer sevice is what we pay for they will let dispatch know by sending messages and finding a tech that is open sooner. I am so upset. I used the chat service to set up service. I was informed I would need to place a deposit of $155.00 which was not an issue. When I asked when the deposit would be reimbursed I was told after 12 months of service. I asked if I cancelled in 6 months would it be returned, I was informed it would not be. Basically I would be forced into a 12 month contract or loose my deposit. When I said I did not want their service, the chat representative processed the order anyways without my consent to do so. I have been a Frontier customer for several years with minimal complaints regarding my double play package for home phone and internet. Over the years, there were occasional outage issues with the internet, but Frontier seemed to handle in a reasonable amount of time. The primary issue is with pricing and customer service. Forced into electronic statements or pay a monthly fee for paper statements and yet Frontier doesn't send any notifications for the bill. I have to remember the bill is due on the 14th of every month. Got it, it's on my calendar. I would actually like to leave ZERO stars!!!!! Frontier Communications is the WORST utility company I’ve EVER dealt with!!!! Their internet already runs slow but half the time it doesn’t even work!!!! They NEVER give me a credit even though I can’t use the internet…. When you call customer service they BLATANTLY lie to you!!!! Because of where I live there is no competition I can use instead so Frontier can do whatever they want!!!! This should be illegal!!!!
Cancelled my service..paid final bill.. with debit card..have proof on my bank statement and they keep saying that they have not received my payment!!
