OMGoodness, buying a car was actually AMAZING. They listened to what I wanted and they accommodated that. Then they gave me additional options, just in case. Steve Shambaugh my Sales Consultant, Don Mullis the Operations Manager, & Karen Borden the Finance Manager worked together with me quickly and efficiently which allowed us to buy a brand new car and get everything done quickly (we were in and out in two and a half hours). Buyers beware don’t buy from friendly Kia FRAUD, NO customer service,do your self a favor and go to another dealership.
My son has a Rio and my husband drives the Sorento, so when it was my turn for a new car OF COURSE I went to Kia. I always thought I would get a Soul, but the Niro sold me. I commute 45 miles (each way) a day, and the fuel economy of this model could not be matched. I average 45-50 mpg these days and could not be happier with the comfortable and fuel-efficient ride. Thank you, Friendly Kia, for ‘steering’ me in the right direction! �
Great place!!
Drove up and Harry came out of the Service area and greeted me. We went over what I wanted checked. Service completed and Harry escorted me back to my vehicle �. The service was excellent.
Christina, who apparently works here, has printed business cards with my phone number on them, apparently. If I get another person contacting me in an effort to reach her, I will be contacting legal authorities to have this problem dealt with. Thank you.
