If you have Skye and Christina help you at Friendly, you’ve hit the jackpot. They made my experience so enjoyable. Christina was fantastic and made everything so easy to understand. Besides being phenomenal at her job, she’s just a great person to be around and will make you laugh. Skye made really boring paperwork a really fun experience. These 2 deserve a raise for the great job they’re doing. 10/10 will come back to Friendly because of Skye and Christina. And I will drive past Lokey Kia every time to get there.

OUTSTANDING!! The service rep that greeted me was one of the friendliest, most likeable reps I have ever experienced. I believe his name was Doug McArthur (he was a very tall and slender gentleman). He kept me fully informed at the completion of each portion of my vehicle’s services. He was professional in his appearance and demeanor and very easy to speak with. He is a definite asset to the Friendly KIA Service Team!!
As one who has bought many cars in the past and probably in the future, I have to say friendly Kia is one of the best dealerships that this 60-plus year old has ever dealt with. Greg lupina is a stand up guy. No pressure and I felt he was honest from the beginning of the sale to the end. I'm a proud owner of a new vehicle that I drove out of friendly Kia yesterday. The service team is very knowledgeable and explains each repair and why its necessary. The facility is clean and comfortable. Our service rep Dave was outstanding.
