They call you as a reminder to have your Kia maintained according to your warranty, but they don’t tell you will be charged for it unless you go to where you purchased your Kia it would be free. These are Fraudulent practices. Ashley set my appointment up and when to appointment only to find out I would be charged 50.00. I drove 25 miles to find this out. I will go back to Citrus Kia. Thanks for nothing Ashley @ Friendly Kia. 😡😡😡
We had a nighmare at Fuccillo Kia so thought we would give Friendly a try. Best experince ever! Vince was eager to help since he was aware of the situation. Best car buying experience I’ve had. Took no time. Longest part was waiting to hear back for my job verification (owner operator truck driver so make sure if your one bring bank statements) but everything went so smooth. Felt no pressure and got the car we came to look at. They brought the vehicle up and they not once tried to push us towards another car. Definitely will be doing more business here in he future
First they pushed a GAP INSURANCE AND WARRANTY on to us. Said only way to get financed. That was on a Saturday. Then went in 3 days later on Tuesday June 26 2018 and cancelled both. Its now August 8 2018 and still hasn't been received by the Finance or warranty company so we have to pay the higher amount due to their inability or scamming us out of money so they can keep their commissions I would assume. I was there for service on my 2016 Sorento and I left with a 2019 Sorento. My salesman Greg Lapino was great. He showed me a few things in black and white about my old car that helped me make the decision. He was not your typical car salesman and treated me with respect and did not pressure me. I LOVE my new car!! Everyone there was respectful which made the process seamless. Highly recommend
I do not like car buying or shopping. However Friendly Kia made this experience enjoyable. Mike McKnight shot me straight and didn’t waste my time. I entered the dealership and told them I was limited on time, and they respected that. I was out in 2.5 hours. The fastest I have ever bought a car. Katharine and Crystal were fantastic over the phone and via email. They respected my buying journey. If I purchase a Kia in the future, Friendly will have a chance to win my business first.
